Beautiful apartment, very thoughtful details. Loved the air conditioning and washer/dryer. Great having 4 bedrooms. Only complaint is the smell. Apartment is in a very old building and the sewer smell is very noticible. I advise closing the bathroom doors and closing the drains in the sink and bathtub to decrease the sewer smell. Too bad because the renovated apartment is really gorgeous.
We have been to Paris many times. This is a beautiful, quintessential Paris apartment that has been updated to current standards. Wonderful merger of old and new.
Pros:
Gorgeous Paris apartment
Very good water pressure (not always in Paris)
Plenty of USB ports
Good beds, etc
Con
Very limited closet space
If you are from the USA, it is important to understand that many of these buildings are hundreds of years old, thus the systems have all been retrofit over time. Things like water pressure and closet space are not guaranteed. This place delivers on everything, except closet space.
We are out every meal, so the fridge is all we used from the kitchen. However, the kitchen was well supplied with utensils and everything worked properly.
There is a bus stop right in front and a subway across the street. Very accessible when weather is poor, and walking is a treat when weather is good.
This is a 2 bedroom (one of the bedroom is divided in 2 rooms with glass door and curtains with one tiny closet) and 2 full and a half bathrooms-one bath tub is in the other bedroom as you may see on the pictures, with ZERO closet space.
Its newly remodeled, very clean with comfortable beds, but again - NO closets and not so flexible management. There were 7 of us, we were stoked how small the place is disused to give it a try, but after first night asked for an option for all of us to move out and get refund for nights not spend there. we were told to leave if we wished to do so, but there will be no refund...We booked it for 6 nights, but people had to move out in first 2 days, due to claustrophobic and how extremely uncomfortable it was walking over our luggages that were all over the place.
The bottom line is the place is good for a family, its small and not meant for as many people as advertised.
