The Space:
Welcome to this charming 55 mÂČ 2-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue des Deux Ponts in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Master bedroom: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has a shower/bathtub and a separate WC.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, microwave, stove, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in â simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If youâre arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00â9:59 PM incur a âŹ50 fee; 10:00 PMâ12:59 AM is âŹ90; after 1:00 AM is âŹ120. Weâre flexible when we can be â just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of âŹ800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CONSTRUCTION WORKS ARE TAKING PLACE IN THE BUILDING. SOME CONSTRUCTION NOISE IS TO BE EXPECTED DURING NORMAL WORKING HOURS. WE THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND APOLOGIZE FOR ANY DISTURBANCES.

The Neighborhood:
The 4th arrondissement is the historic heart of the Marais, one of Parisâs most iconic and beloved neighbourhoods. Cobbled streets lined with medieval and Renaissance buildings give way to art galleries, Jewish delis, vintage boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. The neighbourhood is home to Place des Vosges â Parisâs oldest planned square â as well as the Ăle Saint-Louis, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Centre Pompidou. Everything is walkable, and the atmosphere is buzzing throughout the week and into the weekend.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible â minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. Weâll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
