Located in the St Suplice/St Germain-des-Pres area 200m from the Luxembourg Gardens with its fountains, tennis courts and jogging routes, Rue Cassette is a quiet residential street with easy, 3-5 minute, access to Metro and bus routes. Within a 2-5 minute walk there are numerous neighbourhood shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and a boulangerie. Église de St-Germain-des-Pres, Les Deux Magots, Cafe Flore and Brasserie Lipp on Boulevard St Germain are a 8 minute walk away. The large (80m2), bright, tranquil, airy (2.6m ceilings), tastefully decorated superior accomodation is on the 5th floor of the quiet inner courtyard (no street frontage) of a 19th century residential block, overlooking the tranquil Abbey garden of Eglise St Joseph-des-Carmes.

Access to the 5th floor is by elevator. The accomodation comprises of three double bedrooms one of which can easily be converted into a spacious home office if preferred. There is one bathroom and a seperate WC. The dual aspect bright spacious living room with a dining area for 4-6 people, opens onto a west facing balcony overlooking the Abbey gardens and gets sunlight during the afternoon and evening.

A newly refurbished, fully equipped kitchen with a 4-6 seater dining table completes the accommodation. As this apartment is located in an established tranquil residential apartment block, containing families etc., it would be most suitable for those who require a quiet base during their stay in Paris.
