## Logement
Small but cute, this studio renovated by an architect evokes the atmosphere of a romantic boat thanks to its exposed beams.

It has a cozy sleeping area with a 160x200 sofa bed, perfect for cozy nights.

The functional shower room will provide you with all the comfort you need.

Although the kitchen is not well equipped, we encourage you to discover the many restaurants in the neighborhood, where you can enjoy delicious meals.

You will appreciate the quietness of the apartment as well as the magnificent view of the Paris skyline and the Eiffel Tower from the top floor of the building.

During your stay, you will have access to heating, a refrigerator, a fan, a saucepan, a kettle, a range hood, and two hotplates.

Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment, but bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee for a worry-free stay.

The neighborhood is very lively, with a multitude of designer shops and restaurants within walking distance.
