Between the 2 bedroom main house and detached guest house, this quaint Old Town home comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 3 total bedrooms. This Historic Park City Old Town home has been fabulously renovated and offers every amenity a family or small group seeks in a luxury mountain getaway.

Rebuilt from top to bottom with attention to every detail, you'll simply fall in love the moment you enter through the front door! The main house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a central fireplace, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area that seats up to 9, stacked laundry and boot dryers. The first bedroom features a queen bed with a full bathroom just outside the room. Sweet dreams are made in the unique master bedroom which features an ensuite bathroom, desk for WFH, plush queen bed, and vaulted ceilings with stairs up to an open loft with two additional twin beds. From the master, step right outside to the charming back patio area that will make you feel a world away from the hustle & bustle of Main Street while still being just steps away. Enjoy warm nights lounging around the fire pit and grill up a feast for your group, or relax and stargaze from your private hot tub.

The detached guest suite is accessed via the patio and features a cozy living area with a kitchenette, TV and a desk perfect for the remote worker, and an additional sleep sofa. Up the spiral staircase you'll find the third lofted bedroom with a queen bed, and standalone bathtub so that you can literally roll right out of bed and into a nice, warm bath, as well as an ensuite bathroom. Abode at Alpine Minnie's has it all – Easy and convenient access to the free public Park City transportation, steps to Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift (a 3 minute walk!) and all that Old Town has to offer right at your doorstep, and space for one vehicle in the driveway. Additional street parking is available but may be limited during peak seasons.

After a long day out on the town or the slopes, Abode at Alpine Minnie's is the perfect place to wind down, sit by the fire, enjoy any of the freestanding bathtubs and soak your tired muscles in your private hot tub. Cooking in this house is a pleasure with the new appliances, exquisite countertops and all of the gadgets necessary to make an extravagant meal.

Amazing Stay in Park City

We had a group of eight staying at this house, and it was perfect for our trip. The location was ideal—just a short walk to Main Street for dinner and nightlife, and super convenient to all the Park City lifts. The home itself was great, but what really stood out was the exceptional communication from Abode. They were incredibly accommodating with check-in and check-out, which was a huge help since we all arrived at different times. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we’d definitely book again!

Absolutely perfect!

We absolutely loved this property! The home was beautiful, clean and well-appointed. We didn't need anything during our stay but appreciated the proactive communication from the property manager prior to checking in and know they would have been incredibly responsive had we needed anything. The detached guest suite was perfect for our teenage boys to have some separate space to hang out. We took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit which all worked great. It's just a short walk to the Main Street restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again! If it was booked or we needed more space we would choose an Abode property as they have clearly paid attention to all the details to provide a great experience for their guests!

I grew up near this home and was returning back to Park City to get married, so it was really sentimental to be in the old neighborhood. The house has so much charm and is really nicely remodeled and decorated. We loved every minute we had there.

We booked this as a last minute accommodation for a family ski trip, and it was perfect! My daughter (an architecture/ interior design student) was obsessed with how beautifully this home had been renovated and modernized while still keeping its Park City charm. Beautiful home in a great location!

Beautifully decorated home with great proximity to town lift and restaurants. With 6 adults in main house it was a bit cramped at times with luggage. The small touches and gifts provided upon arrival were appreciated. Communication with the host was ideal. Can’t beat the amenities, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Highly recommend for a group with mixed interest in skiing, shopping, and dining out!
