Between the two bedroom main house and detached guest house, this quaint Old Town home comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 3 total bedrooms. This Historic Park City Old Town home has been fabulously renovated and offers every amenity a family or small group seeks in a luxury mountain getaway.



The Space:

Experience the magic & charm of Abode at Alpine Minnie’s with all of its comfort, luxury, amenities, and a location that can't be beat! Between the 2 bedroom main house and detached guest house, this quaint Old Town home comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 3 total bedrooms. This Historic Park City Old Town home has been fabulously renovated and offers every amenity a family or small group seeks in a luxury mountain getaway.



Rebuilt from top to bottom with attention to every detail, you'll simply fall in love the moment you enter through the front door! The main house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a central fireplace, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area that seats up to 9, stacked laundry and boot dryers. The first bedroom features a queen bed with a full bathroom just outside the room. Sweet dreams are made in the unique master bedroom which features an ensuite bathroom, desk for WFH, plush queen bed, and vaulted ceilings with stairs up to an open loft with two additional twin beds. From the master, step right outside to the charming back patio area that will make you feel a world away from the hustle & bustle of Main Street while still being just steps away. Enjoy warm nights lounging around the fire pit and grill up a feast for your group, or relax and stargaze from your private hot tub.



The detached guest suite is accessed via the patio and features a cozy living area with a kitchenette, TV and a desk perfect for the remote worker, and an additional sleep sofa. Up the spiral staircase you'll find the third lofted bedroom with a queen bed, and standalone bathtub so that you can literally roll right out of bed and into a nice, warm bath, as well as an ensuite bathroom. Abode at Alpine Minnie’s has it all – Easy and convenient access to the free public Park City transportation, steps to Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift (a 3 minute walk!) and all that Old Town has to offer right at your doorstep, and space for one vehicle in the driveway. Additional street parking is available but may be limited during peak seasons.



After a long day out on the town or the slopes, Abode at Alpine Minnie’s is the perfect place to wind down, sit by the fire, enjoy any of the freestanding bathtubs and soak your tired muscles in your private hot tub. Cooking in this house is a pleasure with the new appliances, exquisite countertops and all of the gadgets necessary to make an extravagant meal.

Park city is the best. Great location to go to Harvest for brunch, quick block distance to town lift. It's 15 min away but go to Cortona for lasagna or chicken piccata and stout cake. Place is the best homemade pasta.

It's on the small side with limited storage, but truly a charming place with loads of character. A short, short walk to businesses in town. Management company was very accessible and helpful when we had questions.

Stay for our wedding

I grew up near this home and was returning back to Park City to get married, so it was really sentimental to be in the old neighborhood. The house has so much charm and is really nicely remodeled and decorated. We loved every minute we had there.

Amazing Stay in Park City

We had a group of eight staying at this house, and it was perfect for our trip. The location was ideal—just a short walk to Main Street for dinner and nightlife, and super convenient to all the Park City lifts. The home itself was great, but what really stood out was the exceptional communication from Abode. They were incredibly accommodating with check-in and check-out, which was a huge help since we all arrived at different times. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we’d definitely book again!

Perfect Park City accommodations

We booked this as a last minute accommodation for a family ski trip, and it was perfect! My daughter (an architecture/ interior design student) was obsessed with how beautifully this home had been renovated and modernized while still keeping its Park City charm. It had everything we could possibly want for a cozy family stay, and the Abode property managers were extremely responsive to our questions and concerns..

My stay at Alpine Minnie’s could not have been better. The home was impeccably designed and perfectly appointed. They thought of everything…from the kitchen utensils and small appliances to the motorized shades, Frame TVs and whole house AV. And the team at Abode was top notch. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful home in a great location!

Beautifully decorated home with great proximity to town lift and restaurants. With 6 adults in main house it was a bit cramped at times with luggage. The small touches and gifts provided upon arrival were appreciated. Communication with the host was ideal. Can’t beat the amenities, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Highly recommend for a group with mixed interest in skiing, shopping, and dining out!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alpine Minnie's! It made our first visit to Park City a wonderful, memorable vacation, and we can't wait to return. It was clean and cozy, with comfy beds and plenty of towels. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with every utensil and appliance you could ever need. And very blind having a remote and every light having a dimmer is a nice touch. The location is perfect... we were able to walk to Main Street. I highly recommend a stay at Alpine Minnie's!

Abode does an amazing job managing properties. They are on top of everything, and have a text message thread for you to alert them of any problems, and then they get right on any issues. Absolutely perfect!

We absolutely loved this property! The home was beautiful, clean and well-appointed. We didn't need anything during our stay but appreciated the proactive communication from the property manager prior to checking in and know they would have been incredibly responsive had we needed anything. The detached guest suite was perfect for our teenage boys to have some separate space to hang out. We took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit which all worked great. It's just a short walk to the Main Street restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again! If it was booked or we needed more space we would choose an Abode property as they have clearly paid attention to all the details to provide a great experience for their guests!

The level of service that Abode provided was fantastic. I work in real estate, and am a landlord, and I was extremely impressed with how quickly you dealt with issues, your responsiveness, and the level of luxury we felt with the products you provided at the house. The large lotions and shampoos are awesome. We don't drink Red Bull or Beer, but it was a really nice gesture having it in the home for us. With the home, the location was the best part. The owners did a very nice job renovating the home, and it was nice to see they spent some money on quality products like the kitchen flatware, furnishings, electric blinds, etc. The space is not large, but it's well furnished, and worked great for our family. Thank you for an amazing stay, and the great communication. If we end up buying a vacation home in Park City, we already know we have a management company in Abode to take care of it for us!!!
