The layout is excellent for hosting families and friends, as each guest will have their own private space and bathroom, with bedding to comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Large, open gathering areas with lots of natural sunlight, private hot tub, patio off the living & dining area, six fireplaces throughout, in-home audio, and a gourmet kitchen sure to satisfy any chef's desires at the heart of the home make Abode at Murdoc House the perfect spot for year-round entertaining. Enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony off the main living area, or fire up the grill to prepare a fresh feast for your tribe.

When it's time to rest & recharge for another fun-filled day in our adventurous mountain town, there won't be any fighting over bedrooms here! All five bedrooms are spacious and luxuriously appointed – each with their own gas fireplace, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The master suite, with perfectly framed ski run views, and junior master suite are located on the top level, each with a king bed, private balcony and Bluetooth audio. On the lowest level, you'll find three additional guest suites – two with queen beds and the other with two sets of twin over full-sized bunks to comfortably sleep 4-6.

Additional amenities include in-home audio, laundry room, 2 car garage (plus room for 1-2 cars in the heated driveway), ski run views, air conditioning, six fireplaces.

This beautiful 5-bedroom home was the perfect setting for our family ski getaway, comfortably accommodating 8 adults, 5 children, and a baby with plenty of space for everyone to relax and gather. Being just steps from the slopes was a dream—so easy to pop in and out throughout the day. The spacious kitchen and generous living room made it ideal for group meals and time together, and the six fireplaces added such a cozy, mountain-lodge feel.After long days of skiing, unwinding in the hot tub was a highlight for all of us. One of the most special moments was a private chef (@vanchef_ John Quaas) coming to prepare a delicious dinner to celebrate our mother’s 70th birthday—an unforgettable evening in a perfect setting. Our five days flew by far too quickly, and we all wished we could have stayed longer. We would absolutely love to return!

Quick Spring Break

Awesome hosts at a conveniently located rental. Short walk to base of Park City Resort. Quick drive to Deer Valley. Close to restaurants, stores, etc. Spacious accomodations for our group of 9. Quick response by hosts for any question.

Park City Wedding

The property was not as spacious as the pictures portray it as. The carpet was filthy-it really needs to be replaced. The faucet over the stove leaked if it was not in a certain position. The smoke detector went off one morning, but we think it was steam from the showers. Other than that, everything was fine. The company/host was very easy to work with and communicated a lot.

Everything about the property was as advertised. Rooms were big and there was plenty of space. Kitchen was well appointed and the hot tub was clean. Only issue we found was one of the basement level room doors to the outside (hot tub area) did not lock. Overall quite happy with the property.

Perfect House in a Great location

We had 10 people at the house ages 18 to 82. The house was amazing. 5 great bedrooms which allowed for the younger generation to stay up a little a later than the older generation. Kitchen had all the necessary items to cook various meals. Hot tub was great. The management company was very responsive through an easy to use texting service. The house was much closer to the main lodge than was indicated. It was less a five minute walk to the main lifts. Overall a beautiful home in a great location.

The property location was excellent. The furniture in the rental needs a little update and the cooking pots and pans need some updating as well. Plenty of room for our whole family. I just wished that the garage was heated, so we could go in there and take all of our ski clothing off out there and leave it until the next day. The front door was a little full of clothes.The conceige was great.

Great location - plenty of bedroom space

This house is great for trips during which you won’t be spending a lot of time in the house. There is plenty of sleeping space but the common area is pretty small - only seating for five in the main living room. The decor is fairly dated and the upholstery on the couches and pillows needs to be redone as stuffing is coming out - the place could use cleaning under beds/cushions but generally was very clean. The jacuzzi tub was leaking and unavailable for use. Lots of cool deck areas to view local scenery. Good kitchen for cooking - nice appliance's with the exception of trash compactor that doesn’t want to close.

Family ski week

My college roommate and I had both of our families in this house: Four adults and eight kids. Everyone was comfortable.! It was an easy walk across the parking lot to the ski lift even for the six year old. I would highly recommend this property for any families looking for a great house within walking distance to the base of the mountain.
