With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably.

Warm and cool gray tones throughout the space, with touches of vibrant color, create a fresh and sophisticated feel to this contemporary villa. Park City Town Lift Condo

Fantastic location for access to the Town Line Lift (which opens a little earlier than the other lifts in Park City), as well as the historic Main Street and the bus stop to Deer Valley. We were able to grab breakfast/coffee every morning with all of our gear and be in line on the first chair of the day, a huge benefit on a big powder day. Our last day saw 18", but we were in line early as we didn't need to wait for busses or shuttles. The property was well managed and had all the accommodations that we would need for our stay. There were many different access codes needed, but after the first day - it was like clockwork for gaining access to the property and room. The twin beds in the spare room are in need of an upgrade, but I honestly never slept better on a ski trip before. Would definately stay here again with 4 persons. 2-bed and 2-bath made it very accomodating.

Best of everything

Our family stayed here for our ski trip. I was first surprised by the level of communication we received prior to arrival. They texted and called to make sure we had everything we needed for our trip. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. In addition the kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of all the essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels and even snacks. The location was perfect. Right at the town ski lift and with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We definitely plan to book this condo again for next year.

Great ski getaway in Park City

We had a fabulous time staying at this beautiful ski-in ski-out condo in Park City. The condo was beautiful and stocked with everything we might need. It was great to be able to jump on the Townlift in the morning and ski back home in the afternoon as well as walk to all of the great restaurants and shops in town. We look forward to returning in the future!

Prime Location

Rio Grande is the best location in all of Park City. The home is beautiful, clean and stocked with everything you will need for your vacation. We will definitely stay again!

The property had a great location. i thought some of the furnishings could use updating given the price that is charged. The Kitchen could use more equipment. it was clean despite finding a lot of dirty dishes that were erroneously put back by housekeeping. Check out is too early. Should 11 given the time you Check in is at 4pm.

Great place, well stocked and very comfortable. Amazingly convenient, couldn’t be closer to town lift, restaurants, rentals, lift tickets. Only complaint is trash truck came 7:00 Monday morning, very loud right below unit. Otherwise perfect.

Very Clean and Convenient location

Very clean and Modern condo. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bedrooms don’t have blackout shades which is really annoying. There was a police car parked across the street all night with his lights on waiting for drunk drivers I guess and his headlights were pointing directly into the master bedroom all night. Also be prepared not to sleep in as the bedroom has a lot of natural light. Also the big windows that line the dining room across next to the open kitchen living room are totally blocked by a roof two feet away. You get a decent view from the small patio but all the other windows are obstructed. If you are looking for a super clean place that is conveniently located to shops and restaurants then this is great. Just bring some blue tape or something to hang a sheet over the bedroom windows. A sleep mask would work as well. I would stay here again but will definitely pack a sleep mask. If you want a view I would look at Abode’s other options. Their customer service was phenomenal and they even had a nice welcome gift. Plus you get a very nice secure parking spot. Take away the lack of bedroom blackouts it’s a definite 5 star place.

Perfect location

We would rent here again. Steps from the Town lift, walking distance to great restaurants and modern and comfortable condo. Master bed was super comfortable. Shared hot tub with other units, but we never had to wait to use it because people were courteous about use.

Adobe Rio Grande Villa #201

Kim our concierge was amazing and even went out of her way to print and deliver important documents I needed at 8pm on Friday night. Location couldn’t be any better including the amenities of the building. Only thing keeping this from a perfect score is the heat situation in the Master bedroom....didn’t realize the bed hung over entrance to underground garage so no insulation barrier and impossible to get to temperature of the rest of unit. No bid deal I’d didn’t have baby that needed to stay in that room with us. Again outstanding otherwise

The condo building is right next to the Town lift. Could not be any closer. The condo was well equipped and nicely furnished. Great bathrooms and great kitchen. Overall, lovely. We would definitely rent here again.

Great location & apartment; services need work

Rented this unit for a long weekend for family of four. The location is incredible and super convenient for skiing in/out the Town LIft, close to restaurants, shops, shuttles. Amazing, amazing location. Location is 5+ stars. Unit is very well laid out, bedrooms are quiet & away from noise. Very quiet unit. Nicely furnished, Kitchen well appointed for cooking light meals or breakfast. Rooftop jacuzzi is awesome & views spectacular. Apartment is 5 stars. The rental company and service is 0-1 stars. Directions provided to front door were incorrect (When Uber drops you off, look for a very narrow alley off of 9th St, walking through some restaurant trash cans from Harvest restaurant - really.). Codes given to access building were incorrect (correct set given promptly by text). Check-out (if you don't have car) and ski all day is extremely awkward: On your last day in the apartment, guests are expected to leave their bags in a public hallway by 10am, and come and get them after you are done skiing. Ridiculous for a rental at this level of quality & cost. Service level is zero stars.

Beautiful home

Everything was clean and new, and the door on the far end of the building opens at the bottom of the Town Lift, it's hard to imagine getting any closer than that! I would highly recommend this as THE place to stay for a ski vacation in Park City.
