Yes. My family and I stayed at the Adobe on Sampson from 01/14/26 - 01/17/26. It was a beautiful home with the perfect location. It was super close to Main street and skiing was only about a 5 minute uber ride. Would definitely recommend this place!

Nice house in good location.

It was a nice multistory house. Not great for people with mobility issues but great views and comfortable accommodations. Close to town but lots of stairs if you want to walk. Kids had a great time in the hot tub and climbing the snowy hill on the property.

First Time Ski Trip Out West

Our first family trip skiing out west. Lucked out and had a ton of powder to ski on. This is great house and great response time by the management to any issues we had. One word of advice to any renters, the road up to the house includes a number of switchbacks and steep. 4WD or AWD vehicles necessary in the winter.

Spring break

The Abode on Sampson was a wonderful home for rent. The management company was very responsive with snow removal from decks and driveways and also with a minor hot tub issue. I would certainly stay there again if I ever return to Park city. 10/10 stay! Thank you!

We had a great time!

The property is on a steep street, make sure to have 4 wheel drive in the winter. The PM shovels the walkway, which was really nice! The PM was great at communicating through text, which I appreciate. One floor, with 2 king beds has been remodeled and is very nice, but the kitchen and other floors could totally use a remodel. Great for large family gathering or large friend group, like us. Also, property is an easy walk down to Main Street (not an easy walk up but good exercise!) We had a great time!

Great home at the top of Old Town

This is a great location, an easy walk down to main street and Park City attractions. Sunrise is beautiful from this location and you won't want to miss it. Ample room for many people and bedrooms are separated by floors creating lots of privacy. Thanks and we'll be back!

Unique Home

Unique stylish home with beautiful views and easy access to skiing and Main Street. We were traveling with our adult children and their partners. In retrospect, we really needed 4 master suites. The bunk room was not suitable, nor comfortable, for an adult couple. The home has lots of windows with beautiful views, but it does not feel very private. I would have appreciated a more substantial window covering in the master bedroom and shower. A few of the kitchen pans and cooking utensils are needing replaced, but we were able to cook a hearty breakfast and dinner every night.

Nice house. Needs updating. Hard to heat.

Great location. You can ski in/out with about a 10 minute walk out the back door. Impossible to heat the home. Took a guys trip and we all liked the home however we all knew it was somewhere we couldn’t bring the wife and kids because you can’t get the house over 60 degrees. That’s really the only complaint.

Debated on house versus hotel before going to Park City and house was a great choice, recommend a rental car too as Olympic Park and Canyons are good but away. Had great time, wonderful resort. House is 4 levels to describe how big. Appreciative of how nice everything was.

Quiet, Very Comfortable, Walking distance to skiing, Steps take you into town, nice walk too

We were treated well by Abode management. They responded to our calls in a timely way. The house is well thought out with a layout that could keep eight of us comfortable. The Quit'n Time ski run can be a bit of a bear for a blue run (narrow with some moguls). This is the run that takes you back. My family managed to work our way back each day on Quit'n Time. Access to Quit'n Time is about two blocks down the street. I drove my wife and kids down and back. I would just leave a pair of shoes to change into. Other family walked or took the trolley to the town lift. The views from the house are beautiful. We were on the fence for the fifth star, it is really minor things that can be worked on. You will be happy with this house.

terrible property. Everything about it was dated...furniture, beds, appliances. Far from the "luxury rental" it is advertised as. I am guessing the home was built around 1980 and the owner has put in 0$ since that time. Good location.

Great Property

Pros: great views, great for family trip, close to town and the mountain, great price, large space and comfortable. Abode (property mgmt) was great to work with and very responsive. Cons: wifi is very slow (we couldn't even use it), hot water is limited, but we all showered at different times to manage it better. We'd def stay here again. We didn't get to use the hot tub bc it was too warm while we were there, but it looked awesome.
