Within this spacious townhome you will enjoy three levels and 3200 square feet of luxury living space.
When you step through the front door the first things you notice are the stunning views through the floor to ceiling windows and the gorgeous mountain contemporary design. Gather around the crackling fireplace in the great room with friends and swap stories from the day. Step out on the expansive terrace and watch the skiers and snowboarders glide down the mountain and enjoy a relaxing soak in your private hot tub. On the second level of the home you will find an inviting living area with another fireplace, dining for 8 at a beautiful wood slab table, and a center island with seating for four. Gorgeous mountain views all around, you will love entertaining guests and enjoy every sunrise and sunset view. The gourmet kitchen features top of line appliances (Wolf and Sub Zero) and plenty of countertop space to create your next decadent meal. Equipped with it's own ski prep room with ski and snowboard rack, boot and glove dryers, the main level of the residence opens up directly to a ski run located between the Red Pine Gondola and Sunrise lift. Guests can ski directly to the base of Canyons Village at Park City Mountain or the Orange Bubble. Once at the base of Canyons Village, guests can access the entire Park City Mountain Resort, including crossing the mountain via The Quick Silver Gondola. With this new exciting addition, for the first time guests can now get from the living room to Historic Main Street without taking off their skis!

As you continue through the home to the third floor you will find the master suite which features a California king bed, fireplace, private deck, Smart TV and an ensuite bath with dual vanities and a large soaking tub. The first guest suite features one full over full size bunkbed and a trundle bed with two twins, Smart TV and an ensuite bath. The second guest suite is on the main level and features a California King bed, Smart TV and an ensuite bath. Down on the 1st floor you will find the 3rd guest suite which features a California King, Smart TV and ensuite bath. The first level also features a second family room with a king size sofa sleeper, Fireplace, Smart TV with Sonos Sound Bar a kitchenette and a private deck with hot tub and endless mountain views. This residence also has a private two car garage.

Beautiful ski-in/ski-out condo

Our friends and family had a wonderful stay at this modern condo near the Canyons base. We loved being able to ski-in/out and to walk or use the free shuttle to the restaurants and shops below after a fun day of skiing. The kids also loved sledding down the ski hill after the resort closed. We enjoyed the convenient underground parking as well.

Perfect ski-in ski-out

This condo was stunning! It was like a page from Restoration Hardware. We especially loved the underground parking, the heated ski boot room, and how easy it was to take the Over and Out lift to gain access right to the front door. I highly recommend! Plus, the host was very attentive with their messages and even messaged us after we got a good amount of snow to have a fun ski day!

Amazing friends and family vacation

Three families and our teenage boys stayed together in this beautiful property. Each adult couple had their own king size bed and attached bath. The boys shared the bunk room upstairs and the living room on the lower level. Loved using the clubhouse with heated pool hot tub , sauna, and steam room. True ski in ski out. We love the Apex !

Best View, Place and Host we have ever had!

I can't say enough about the entire experience staying at Apex!!! Starting as soon as we booked the host reached out with information for us about the entire area so that we could be prepared. Not only did they send information about the house but they included info on getting there, transportation once we arrive, the amenities of the complex, the area restaurants and things to do. She also instantly responded to any equations we had at any time through the trip. When we arrived we were blown away by the spaciousness and how nice the entire house was. This was a guys trip with 6 adults. The house had enough beds that everyone had their own bed with only 2 people sharing a room. Getting around the are was super convenient Canyons Connect shuttle that you order just like uber but all you have to do is tip the driver!!Ski in Ski out was the nicest we have had in our three trips to Park City. Literally walk 10 feet out the front door and pop on your ski's. Nothing beats having to only walk 10' from your ski's to door at the end of the day!! To top it off there is an equipment storage room right inside the door with ski racks, boot dryers, benches and cubby's.For our past 2 trips to park city we have had Mountain views and I though it was great. That is until I had the view from our balcony on this trip. The view overlooking the canyons area and the valley beyond is amazing especially with the sun rising over the mountains. Can't wait to book this place again!!

Loved everything about this place

We had 10 people - grandparents and our adult kids. Everyone loved the place! The view is AMAZING: morning, afternoon and evening. We were even treated to a fireworks show! The place was sooo beautiful inside yet comfy. The shared living spaces are roomy and easy to hang out in
 we played cards and watched football. This place is equipped with everything you can think you will need. Literally, everything. The appliances are so high end that we could barely figure out the coffee maker! Julienne was incredibly kind even when we couldn’t figure the “easy to discern” garage codes. lol She was super patient. The only drawback was the ski in / ski out options when the resort decides to close a lift. *sigh* what are you gonna do? We figured it out. lol HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

not a true 5 bedroom

We paid a premium for a 5 bedroom unit, this is not, it is a 4 bedroom townhome. Upon further investigation of the listing, one of the pictures is used twice. This home has a lockout suite on the bottom floor. This suite has one bedroom, one bathroom and a living area with a pullout couch. You cannot access the bedroom without going through the living space and you must make and pull out the couch to sleep. There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs. In addition the hot tub was dirty most of our stay. We were finally able to use it on the last night when the cleaning people finally showed up. The location is ok. You can ski in/out however you can only return to the townhome by going back up the lift and skiing down blue + runs. It doesn't make for easy access when picking up children from ski school. Otherwise you would need to drive a car to the base to pick up people who are not capable of skiing down blue runs. It's not possible to walk into the canyons during winter season, there is too much snow and it is a longer wall down/uphill. Overall we had a nice stay, however there is a big difference in price for a 4 versus 5 bedroom unit and this is definitely NOT a 5 bedroom unit. It's very disappointing the pictures were not accurate

The TRUEST SKI IN SKI OUT EVER

We loved it! Nothing short of exceptional! Perfect and so easy with check in and out! Just worth every penny! True luxury stay! Beds and linens all so comfortable too! Host extremely responsive to the coupe of questions I had during our stay, highly recommend!!! You won’t be disappointed!

Great stay!

This location and the condo was perfect! We stayed 4 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. It was perfect for my family of 4 (2 teens) and another family of 6 (4 teens). The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and very easy to connect with. Thank you.

Extended Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 week stay at this listing. It was beautiful, clean, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the views were gorgeous. Working with the property manager was very easy and she was timely in her responses and accommodating. It was close to the gondola, shops and restaurants. The clubhouse was very nice. Great gym and pool. It was an easy drive to Park City shopping and activities, the Olympic Village and Deer Valley. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Stunning property with amazing views and a great location.

Very rarely do you get to a property and find that it is actually better than the pictures. The condo is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Being a true ski in/ski off makes the experience that much better. I would recommend beginner skiers take the shuttle service rather than ski off. The host responded to our questions prior to arrival in a thorough and timely manner. If we ever get back to park city, we would definitely try and stay there again.
