Bettina - Main Street Ski in n' Out One Bedroom with Outdoor Hot Tub

Please take note that our standards of cleanliness are VERY HIGH and always have been. All linens (sheets, towels, all bedroom pillow covers and duvet covers) are washed off-site and exchanged for fresh ones. We also have the carpets and furniture steam cleaned several times a year. You will not find a more meticulously cleaned and maintained condo in Park City than Park City Bettina.

Additionally, VRBO states we are 1200 ft from the nearest ski lift; however and better; we are about 150 ft from a ski run/cat track which provides access as you ski down to the town lift. Find the blue/intermediate run named "Quit'n Time" on the Park City Resort Ski Map (far left side) and the condo is located down a set of stairs and across the street from the bottom of the ski run and the cat track to the town lift.

Welcome to our VRBO site and our twentieth year of sharing my creation goal to be the best one bedroom condo in downtown Park City. Think of this as version 20.0 as we've made improvements every single year based upon our clients' recommendations and feedback: from simple things like stocking avocado and coconut cooking oils, purified water, entertainment options and improved window shades for total privacy and darkness in the bedroom. WE LISTEN TO YOU and this is why we have a top-notch condo with an awesome location and awesome amenities. Let me start by saying I'm a straight shooter and what you read and see is exactly what you get, no gimmicks or games. If you want to maximize your recreation and personal time then Bettina is for you....The quality and cleanliness of this condo is is very comparable to staying at a 4/5 star hotel, like the St. Regis or Westin/Hyatt, except that this is extremely quiet and private and you won't have the hotel atmosphere...this is the perfect large one-bedroom condo that is within two small blocks of the middle of Historic Downtown's Main Street. Featuring awesome views from the bedroom overlooking Main Street and all of the Park City Valley. Perfectly nestled between the ski slopes and downtown, you can walk down the stairs on Trappers Way to Main Street and you are instantly at all of the great restaurants, bars and shops which Main Street offers: High West Distillery, The No Name Saloon, Park City Live and the Egyptian Theater...etc.

This light-filled condominium was designed to maximize comfort and space. Features include:

Perfect location in Park City

My teenage son and I had a great time on spring break. The location is perfect—walk up a set of stairs to reach the slope in minutes and ski down to the Town lift, or 2 blocks downhill to Main Street. If we make it back to PC, we’ll be booking this again.

Perfect ski vacation

The condo is ideally located to enjoy skiing with convenient access to all the great places around Main St. Gray is a great host who has very thoughtfully appointed the condo with everything we needed during our stay (kitchen/laundry supplies, including coffee usb charging ports at almost every power outlet, smart TV, fireplace, linens, towels, etc). We found the one bedroom condo to be very clean, convenient, and spacious for the two of us. If you have any beginner skiers, the last turn/hill on the Quit’N Time run (a blue) to the condo would be difficult (not sure if this was due to record snow fall). We didn’t have a problem but keep this in mind.

Great apt only a few steps from main st

This apt is just as it is shown in the pictures. The host was very attentive and on point about every little detail you could think of. The apt is only steps away from all the action park city has to offer in terms of shops, entertainment and restaurants and shuttles are super easy to take to the ski lifts which are only 5 mins away. There is a lift you can take that is infront of the apt but we didn’t use that one. Anyhow I highly recommend this apt for anyone who is looking for a place right in town, close to everything!

Great Location and Host

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Gray is a wonderful host and very responsive/attentive. The location is awesome—walking distance to both restaurants/shops and skiing. The run that you have to take to get home (called quittin time) is definitely a challenging blue, so it would not be appropriate for a new skier. The bed was comfortable and the condo was well appointed. My only suggestion would be to a clear out a lot of the ingredients left in the cabinets—many of them were years past the expiration date. I would also suggest throwing out the towels and area rugs that have stains on them. Overall, though, we had a great time and were happy with this rental. I told gray that I forgot the charger to my laptop and he had one waiting for me when we arrived. Customer service like that is hard to come by and very appreciated.

The location is great and is in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Getting to Town Lift is very easy. There was even an Olympic festival to celebrate the games within walking distance. We had a fantastic time!

Great for Ski-in and downtown fun

Really enjoyed the stay. The bedding is absolutely comfortable, they did not skimp. Complimentary bottle of wine was nice too. I do wish I knew the condo # before getting there so I didn't have to bug the host. Also, the hot tub is community for the other condo guests as well. We thought it would have been private, but no biggie. The host was amazing, and was perfect for our busy days there. They even had proper snow removal for the parking and steps.

Excellent place to stay right in downtown Park City

My wife and I and our two young sons stayed here for a long ski weekend. It couldn’t be better located - literally 51 steps up some stairs and you are on the slopes of Park City ski resort. No long crowded shuttle waits to ski! It is also located only 2 blocks from downtown Main St., right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. The property is cozy with the king bed and large L shaped pull out couch. Our kids slept just fine on the pullout and the other half of the couch. We didn’t need the blow up mattress. As far as the kitchen, It has all the amenities. This place is perfect if you are planning to use it as a base for your outdoor activities. Our communications with the manager were quick and clear. Mr. Davis was more than helpful. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a walkable stay in Park City.

Great location!

This condo was in a great location! The resort was getting so much snow the trails weren’t ready for the Christmas crowds but the condo was excellent. I highly recommend it Bc you can stay in and cook if you want or easily walk to restaurants and bars. If you are coming at a snowy time you’ll want 4-wheel drive Bc the road requires some up hill driving.

All the comforts of home in a great location

My husband and I loved staying at Bettina - homey and perfect size for a couple. The owner, Gray, has thought of everything, and was very responsive. Highlights for us were the comfy bed, excellent shower (pressure and temp), very fully-stocked kitchen (with delicious purified water!), lighting (an overhead light everywhere you'd want it), and the gas fireplace. There is a communal hot tub, but since it was indoors we didn't use it Easy walk up a long flight of stairs to the ski run, and easy walk down into town. Highly recommended; we would definitely stay again!

This was just as advertised. Incredible access to skiing and easy walk to historic Park City. Gray provides great hospitality - very responsive addressing any questions.

Fantastic Location; Easy Access to Slopes and Historic PC

Great unit perfectly situated a short staircase from the Quit'n'Time trail and town lift and only a couple blocks from the center of Main Street. Owner was very helpful with questions and prompt to respond to a minor service issue.

"just right with a big kick!"

Perfect location for getting downtown, taking the bus to where you need and a short walk up the steps to snow heaven. Clean, tidy, and comfortable with a ton of amenities...I mean anything you need the condo has it. Gray is very easy to deal with, a pleasure to speak to, and will check in to see how things are going. I would recommend on the spot and would return again! Michael
