Newly remodeled town home in Park City, Racquet Club condo, 2 miles from Park City Mountain and downtown, 3 miles to Deer Valley Mountain. Enjoy mountain life in your cozy home with garage, freshly furnished in mountain modern style. Outfitted with new linens and duvets, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen your holiday house is comfortable and unique. There's an assortment of feather, acrylic and latex medium firm pillows; hunt around and find your favorite!

Condo is 50 yards from Park City Municipal Athletic center. Outdoor pool, kiddie pool, open Memorial Day through Labor Day, Sauna and Hot Tubs year round. Stocked kitchen includes small appliances, bar ware, Insta Pot, VitaMix blender, spices, stocked pantry, and bakeware. Home has portable A/C units in all bedrooms for summer.

New energy star appliances including stackable front load washer/dryer, microwave, fridge and tankless hot water system to assure hot showers for all. Home has water softener and whole house filter for excellent bathing and drinking water quality.

On free bus route, you will love your centrally located home base. Just a short 50 yard walk to the bus stop, and the Park City Municipal Center- an amazing athletic facility with saunas, hot tubs, huge weight room, tennis, yoga and more.

Family friendly property has highchair, baby/newborn tub, kids dishes, baby gate and Travel Crib Light with sheets.

Unit has water softener - great for skin that's been playing in the high desert mountains and tankless hot water system assures everyone gets a hot shower.

Racquet Club townhomes are adjacent to the Park Meadows golf course, and is right around the corner from the Park City Municipal Athletic Center (PC MARC)- there's something for everyone all year long! Do an internet search for the PCMARC - an amazing weight room, sauna, steam room, tennis, handball, racquet ball, pickle ball, yoga and a full fitness class schedule as well as pools in summer.

Perfect Girls Getaway

This property was just the right size for our weekend girls trip to the mountains. It’s close to everything, very clean and all the comforts of home. Patsy was a great host and very communicative. Would definitely return.

This condo was comfortable and in a great location. It is right on the free buss route, however we didn’t take advantage of the bus this time. It’s spacious and was able to fit our family of five with enough beds and private room for all. Communication with the host was pleasant and responsive. We would stay here again when in PC!

Great Place to Stay in Park City for Family of 4

My family of 4 had a great time staying at this property in Park City from 1/15-1/22/25, Patsy is a great host and Jess was a great resource. The property is perfect for a family of 4. We gave our two children (ages 11 and 10) the two bedrooms with queen beds on the second floor and my husband and I slept in the King bed on the third floor. Beds were very comfy. We all showered in the refinished bathroom on the second floor. But used the 1/2 bath on floor 3 and the bathroom on floor 1. We would have appreciated a Drain or drying mat next to the kitchen sink. We often wash items in the sink, but have no where to dry them. Also, the boot or glove dryer by the front door did not work very well and we did not use it. We donated a sled and several tupperware containers to the next guests. The property was in a great location and we would stay here again.

Cozy and relaxing home

Can’t say enough great things about the place. Located in a great community not too far from Main Street. The community is very quiet and great to walk around in. The home offers great space for a family to stay in. Really enjoyed staying there for a quick getaway. The host is wonderful and quick at responding to any questions you may have.

Awesome, Spacious Park City Townhouse

We loved staying at Patsy's Park City townhome while out in Utah visiting my brother. It's situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, yet still only a few miles to downtown and the mountain resort. The townhome was super cozy with a fireplace and all the amenities to make us feel at home. We had trouble connecting to the internet, and Patsy and her property manager worked quickly to resolve. Two patios and a balcony off one of the bedrooms were a nice bonus. One of the other bedrooms had a lovely view of the mountain. Would love to stay here again! Thank you, Patsy, for the wonderful communication and hospitality!

Tidy, comfortable, well managed & well located!

We enjoyed our week in this lovely townhome and would stay here again! We lived in Park City so I recognized the neighborhood as one of the best family friendly, safe, quiet areas in town. It’s also such a short & easy drive to the major attractions, dining & shopping. As mentioned in description & other reviews, it’s so close to the PC Marc that offers swimming, workouts, tennis courts & much more. Nice Place

This is a nice property that is generally well appointed. There were a few issues, but nothing that would prevent me from staying again. Here's a list of pros: 1. Pots and Pans are good quality - the importance of this can't be overstated when you are doing ALL of the meals at the condo! 2. Location is fantastic. It's right next to the Rec Center (which would have been awesome if not for Covid). It close to a bus stop, and it's super close to the grocery store. 3. Patsy is very nice to deal with. 4. Beds are comfy. 5. Condo is well stocked with supplies.

Ski Getaway!

Great location! 10 min drive to downtown park city and the slopes! Very cozy town home perfect for our family of four. Property owner was accommodating, responsive and very pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our stay especially by the fireplace in the evenings would most definitely rent again in the future.

Fantastic stay, Cozy & Clean, great and responsive host. Great access to resort and town

We stayed at this property the last week of Feb for skiing, the place is beautiful, clean and very convenient. Everything was as explained, the host is very responsive and he always replies within few minutes. It’s only 3 minutes walk to green and blue free shuttle bust stop which both go to the park city & deer valley resort. All appliances and kitchen utensils are in great condition, in bathrooms we had clean towels, shampoo, body wash and lotion. Beds very comfortable and neighborhood is very clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Racquet club condo

We love staying at this beautiful, comfortable and cozy condo for the Sundance film festival. This is our second year in a row and we loved every minute. All of the beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are recently renovated and spotless clean. We love that the kitchen is fully stocked with spices, coffee, tea and plenty of dishes and pots and pans. This is a great location and very quiet for sleeping. Five star property!!!! I highly recommend this perfect Park City rental.

Winter ski vacation

My family was extremely happy with the accommodations in Patsy’s lovely home. This is a very well equipped vacation home. We were there for a family ski vacation with our 3 sons. We had a wonderful stay and if we are ever back in Park City would love to stay there again.

A home away from home

This is the second summer we have enjoyed staying in Patsy's condo. We especially enjoy the spacious and well furnished decks where we can enjoy the local wildlife and beautiful scenery among the trees. The condo is well furnished including well equipped kitchen, fast wifi, cable TV, plenty of storage, gas grill and garage . The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and other activities and is only a 3 minute walk to a bus stop to access Park City's free bus system. Patsy is a great and responsive host. We plan to stay again.

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

Everything was perfectly wonderful from the minute we walked into the condo. It was clean and bright, we felt right at home. The whole condo was very well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay there, and all in excellent condition. We enjoyed the outside decks and met nice folks in the neighborhood. Easy walk to the MARC (recreation center) and bus stops. The Property Manager was very helpful and always available for questions or help. Appreciated Loretta and Gretta! Thank you Patsy!

Great family vacation

We could not have been happier with our stay at this property. The property is fully equipped, and its location is outstanding. We had great access to the Park City trails, the town, and an excellent playground for our grandkids. We would love to book this property again or any other from the owner. Highly recommend.

Great accommodations

This property was perfect for our family. We spent three weeks here and enjoyed the proximity to the PCMARC and Main Street. The place was up-to-date, well stocked with linens and towels and all of the appliances worked perfectly. Patty did a great job communicating and accommodating the changes we had to make. A truly wonderful experience.
