Park City Mountainside Manor is a stunning property located right in the heart of Old Town Park City on Ontario Avenue. It offers four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and can easily accommodate up to 12 guests.

The home offers four levels of luxury living space and a host of high-end features and amenities.

The grand master suite is located on the fourth level and offers a king size bed, a private bathroom featuring dual sinks, a tile shower and a separate soaking tub. There is also a Smart TV and Blu-Ray DVD, and a private deck where you can enjoy some peaceful views.

The other three bedrooms are located on the second level. The second master offers a queen bed and a full private bath, while bedroom three has a full-size bed along with a private bath. The final fourth bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a full-size sofa sleeper (all new mattresses) and access to a shared full bathroom. All bedrooms offer Smart TVs for your viewing pleasure.

Also, located on the second level is a laundry area with washer and dryer for your convenience.

Level three offers the living room that is a wonderful place to gather for conversation. Settle back into the comfortable furnishings while enjoying Smart TV and the cozy fireplace. Step out onto the front deck and enjoy the amazing views of Park City and Park City Mountain Resort. You will find beautiful hardwood floors throughout this level.

The kitchen is a gourmet's delight with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a double gas oven and stove, and a dual zone wine fridge. You'll have everything you need for tasty meals! Have those at the island bar seating or in the separate dining area. NOTE: There is a dumbwaiter that is not operational.

There is a back deck off the kitchen that offers a wonderful hot tub, patio seating, and BBQ grill making it a great place to get some fresh air and enjoy the great outdoors.

Other amenities include central air conditioning throughout, a mud room at the entry level, a two-car garage and additional driveway parking.

Step outside of this home and take “Shorty's Stairs” down to Historic Main Street with its restaurants, shopping and night life! You'll love exploring the town being so close to this home.

Unfortunately we came right after Christmas when Park City had no snow, so Park City was super crowded with lots of slush. We made the best of it and this house was a lovely part of it. Plenty of room, very clean, and great location near Main Street. Also, very nice that for skiing, it is less than a. 5 minute walk down hill to the Transit Center bus stop that will take you to Park City or Deer Valley. Unfortunately, that also means that it’s a VERY steep walk back from the bus stop, so keep this in mind with skis as you will definitely want to choose to keep them on base. Would definitely recommend this home for families with kids that are at least 6-8 years because pushing stroller or carrying a toddler from the bus stop would be difficult. Don’t forget a bathing suit - the huge hot tub was a wonderful part of the house and we enjoyed it after skiing each day. We really enjoyed this home and would recommend it.

Nice house, good location

House was very nice and had everything you could need for eight adults. Pros:-Rental company was flexible with our check-in time-Listing was accurate.-Rental company had someone come out to the house within 12 hrs of reporting an inoperative dishwasherCons:-Dishwasher broke during our stay. -There are no hooks in any of the second floor bathrooms to hang your towels on.-Hot water wouldn't last enough for more than three people to take a hot shower in the morning.- 2 of the bedroom blankets didn't look the cleanest. Overall, good location and would probably stay again. I just can't give them five stars for the few issues we had at that the price point

DIRTY AND NEEDS MAINTENANCE

The dumb waiter was inoperable. The bathrooms had cobwebs and hair in the primary shower. Carpets were stained in places. The bedding all looked like it came out of a Motel 6 - (pillows, comforter, no addl pillow cases ettc) were just awful. The bathroom carpets were also dirty - we need to wash them all. The electric did not work in one of the bathrooms (which was corrected by maintenance). The soaker tub was a joke, as the hot water ran out before in got 6" deep - then there was no hot water for showers. This property needs major attention for the price. ALL of our guests said that that they would never return to this property. Frankly, we should receive a partial refund.

Family Christmas trip

A great property and so close to downtown, but far enough away to not have extra noise at night !Only thing to note is that there are apt of stairs in this house. If someone is not able to manage the up and down, not a good spot as there are 4 levels The management could not have been better,fast response and solutions to any request or problem This will be remembered as a top ten family trip!

Every part of this house and location was incredible! There are stairs across the street that lead directly into town. The management group communication was prompt and very accommodating with our request of extra towels and an earlier check in. The town lift to ski is a short 8 minute walk. Will be booking this place again!

Amazing view

We rented this property for a family spring break vacation. We enjoyed the amazing view and the sleeping accommodations. We were able to have privacy and still be together as a family. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked in several evenings. The rental company was responsive to our needs - including a beeping smoke alarm and a faulty thermostat. However, the home is in need of some basic repairs and access is difficult if you’re driving a large vehicle. The home is very vertical so getting luggage to the 4th floor bedroom could be challenging since the dumb waiter is inoperable. Luckily we had a strong teenager with us!

Great location

We love visiting park city! This is a great location (so close to both Main St and PC mountain. Close to the bus route as well! We had a few issues when checking in that were eventually addressed and received credit back for so that was greatly appreciated. Otherwise had another great stay in Park City!

New Years Getaway

This was a beautiful home with everything our family could have asked for. The kitchen was well equipped, the views of the mountain were spectacular. The drive way was heated which was amazing after the 2 feet of snow on the 31st and the 1st.

Beautiful, clean property with incredible views. Very easy check-in and out process. Management company was helpful in providing additional resources (like baby gear rental company). The walk down the stairs to main street is a bit difficult for a young child, but for adults, the proximity can’t be beat. Wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone.

Everything we needed, nothing we didn't.

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you would expect. The kitchen had plenty cookware, utensils, and dishes. Very nice gas cooktop/griddle and fridge. Bathrooms and bedrooms were great. Master suite was excellent. Hot tub was big and fantastic. Heated garage fit two vehicles. The only drawback is that it is so vertical...four floors. But the dumbwaiter was a nice touch to help with the heavy lifting. I would recommend this place to anyone that doesn't mind climbing stairs. Great house.

Great family vacation

We had a very nice time and the home was perfect for our stay. Close to the slopes and easy walking distance to downtown. The house had a spacious family room that worked well, especially when we entertained our extended family for dinner one evening. The view was spectacular and the house was set up so each or our kids had their own bedroom and bath. While the fireplace did not work upon arrival, it was quickly repaired. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Park City Retreat

House was clean and this momma bear has high expectations for cleanliness. Of all the vacation rentals I’ve stayed in, this was definitely at the top. Location is within walking distance to Main Street and only a few minutes drive to the ski resort. The house is beautiful with beautiful wood elements. The master bed was very comfortable. My guests said their rooms were well appointed but said beds were hard but they still slept well they said. My only suggestions would be to add towel hooks in the outside hot tub area, and master bath area. Coat and equipment hooks would also be useful on the lowest level for snowboard/ski gear. Minor suggestions. The lower / foyer area was perfect for all our gear. The dumb waiter was fantastic so we didn’t have to carry heavy luggage and groceries up the stairs. This was a fantastic and beautiful rental with amazing views! Somebody put a lot of thought into this rental as it had everything we needed. We cooked every night and had everything we needed. Several spices and cooking oils were in the pantry from previous guests which was convenient . Management was easily accessible and responsive. The coffee maker stopped working and another was delivered the same morning, which is all you can ask for. The hot tub, of course, was perfect after a day on the slopes. Great experience! One of our best family vacation experiences yet. Highly recommend!

Wonderful House on a Hill

I was here for a birthday with a number of friends, and the house was perfect for this! The layout and rooms were comfortable, every room has their own bathroom, and the main living area has stunning views of Park City. The hot tub out the back door from the kitchen was a wonderful addition especially after skiing. One heads up about this property: it is on a very steep hill, and you either walk down that to get to skiing and the city, which can be sketchy if there is snow or ice, or you use the nearby town staircase, which is much safer with snow or ice, but is quite long. We didn't mind it, but if you have any mobility restrictions, that could make this home challenging. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Nice Visit for Wedding

Nice property in good location just up the hill from Main St. Stayed 4 nights. Very well appointed and comfortable. Somewhat tricky to back out of driveway onto a not-very wide Ontario Avenue in our large SUV. Guessing would be even more difficult in bad weather/winter. Property manager was called and came same day to replace batteries in remote control and receiver box for gas fireplace. Success. However, he was not able to replace the Toto tank gasket in the master toilet before we left, causing running toilet for the duration of our stay. Would visit again.

Great location, excellent property

Once we cleared up confusion about how many bedrooms the property had it was a good stay. Management was responsive and helpful. The place has been renovated but lacked any coat hooks of any kind. Get 9 peoples ski coat and jackets all over the place it can be messy. This was a small detail. Nice kitchen and hot tub.

My family had an amazing stay in this park city home over Christmas. The access to town was very convenient and we enjoyed the kitchen and view of town very much. Would stay here again when returning to par city!

Great home; great location

Beautiful home above Old Town with great view. Everything worked and management was very responsive. The walk to town or bus transfer station was a bit of challenge for older guests or when wet or icy.
