Off Main Powder Haus is close enough to walk to the nightlife, but far enough to sleep quietly. Vacation together with friends yet have privacy when needed with 1 kitchen, 2 laundry rooms, 3 family rooms, 4 decks and 5 bedrooms. It's a 7 min walk to the top of Main St. or hop on the nearby Trolley with skis in hand to catch a ride to the Town Lift. Off Main Powder Haus is ideal for 10 adults, and up to 13 if traveling with children.

The space
Vacation in this 3,000 square foot 4-story home with private Elevator and plenty of nooks and crannies to settle into. Comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults in 5 beds, and up to 13 when traveling with children. (Trundle beds are sofa bed are a tight squeeze and only accommodate children.)

Off Main Powder Haus is tucked far enough away from the bustle of Main Street, allowing for a peaceful nights sleep, yet close enough to walk to nightlife, the theatre, restaurants, and shops! It's a short 7 min walk to Main Street and an even shorter walk to the Trolley. The Trolley travels up and down Main Street, and provides easy access to Town Lift. Just hop on the trolley with your skis in hand! If you prefer to bring a car, we have two indoor attached garages and driveway space as well.

Our home provides groups the ability to vacation together under one roof, yet privacy when needed. There are 5 bedrooms: 2 master bedrooms + 3 guest bedrooms. Master bedroom #1 is on the 4th floor, has a king-sized bed and 1 slide-out trundle beds (sleeps 3). Master bedroom #2 is on the 2nd floor and has a queen-sized bed with 1 trundle bed (sleeps 3). Both masters have ensuite bathrooms with steam showers! There are 3 small guest bedrooms, all with queen beds: 2 are on the 2nd floor and 1 is on the 3rd floor. 2 of the rooms share a Jack and Jill full bathroom and also have a 1/2 bath right next door. The other guest room has an adjacent full bathroom.

Televisions are in each room with Roku that provides access to Xfinity cable with local stations, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

The elevator can take you and your guests from the ground level to the 2nd and 3rd floors. This added luxury is a wonderful benefit when carrying luggage up stairs. You want to spend your energy on the slopes, not settling in!

The spacious kitchen invites multi-cook meal preparation and comes fully-equipped to please even gourmet guests. You can have groceries delivered and ready for you upon arrival using one of our trusted local grocery delivery services who has access to our home, or use Instacart once you've arrived.

Craftsman style modern windows with privacy shades throughout, lend to natural light everywhere, and views of the quaint historic Old Town road. Enjoy the outdoor decks on all floors and soak in the incredible beauty of the area. A private and hidden hot tub is located on the 4th floor deck. Access to the hot tub is through the master suite bathroom on the 4th floor. Please be aware that this means guests will need to walk through the bathroom to access the hot tub.

We've thoughtfully provided conveniences and luxuries like facial, body, shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps and hair dryers in each bathroom.

Rest assured guests will have a clean and beautiful home in which to relax and disconnect from it all!

Please note that while pets are allowed, this home along with many in Old Town, will require you to walk your dog just down the road for them to relieve themselves.
