Welcome to this newly renovated Red Pine Condo with a modernized interior near Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah. This open and bright 3BR/2BA mountain townhouse has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay during your next ski vacation! From this Red Pine Condo, you can easily access the Cabriolet Lift, which will take you to the base area of Canyons Resort, making this an ideal & convenient location for year-round activities. After a day on the slopes, relax in the Clubhouse sauna, or take a dip in one of the heated outdoor pools, all at an affordable price. Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Main Street, and Deer Valley Resort are just minutes away and are quickly accessible by the free city transit system.

The renovated living room and kitchen are definitely the center of the home and an excellent place to entertain family and friends. The living area is fully furnished with a large leather sofa, a gas-burning fireplace, new hardwood flooring, and an HDTV complete with cable & a DVD player. From the living room, Guests can easily access a private balcony with mountain views via the sliding doors. Vaulted ceilings and large windows all around the main living area allow for lots of natural light to fill and warm the room.

As with much of the home, the kitchen has also been updated to better suit your needs and expectations during your Park City vacation. The renovated kitchen has been re-designed with an open layout. It features new hardwood cabinets, granite countertops & fixtures, as well as stone tiling in the kitchen & dining area and mountain hardwood flooring in the living space. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and a complete array of other small household appliances. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare all at-home meals, including cookware, corningware, flatware, and more.

The primary suite is located on the main floor and is complete with a full bathroom. It is comfortably equipped with a king-size bed & log bed frame, quality linens and bedding, two (2) dressers with lamps, closet and HDTV. The bedroom also features a large bay window, which gives you wooded views of the Wasatch every morning. The main floor bathroom (1) features an extra long granite counter with vanity, stainless steel fixtures and an oversized glass shower.

On the upper floor, you'll find a second loft bedroom equipped with a queen size bed, comfortable linens & bedding, large hardwood dresser, bench and great mountain views from the window. A modern hanging barn door and shutters have been added for privacy. Next to the bedroom is a loft bedroom area with two single beds and dresser & flat-screen TV. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath that features a large granite vanity and a separate area with toilet, shower & bath combination.

There is a laundry room on the primary floor with a stackable washer and dryer.

Wi-Fi internet access is also provided for your convenience.

Bike racks are also available for use located in the B-G, N-T, and U-Z parking lots (behind the dumpsters).

Red Pine Condominiums feature several amenities that are available in the Red Pine Clubhouse (just across the street):

Perfect Location

The unit was clean and furnished nicely. The communication was great-we received text messages before, during, and after our stay. The proximity to Canyons Village makes this the perfect place to stay for a ski outing.

Good location, OK for small kids

The condo was easy to find. And the location is great. It seemed pretty clean. The cookware and some dishes needed attention. The beds are comfortably good, but not great. The listing lists AC, but there is only one wall mounted unit from the Heat Pump in the Great Room and it could not really cool the bedrooms well. We had a noise complaint from a neighbor, but my kid was just walking around, it was 630 AM on a weekday. Otherwise a good trip.

Slightly difficult to figure out which unit was ours as the snow had piled up over all the signs. Otherwise a completely comfortable and smooth experience. Short walk to the gondola that take you to the slopes and the place is directly across from the club house. Home was clean and well stocked. We’ll definitely be back.

Dated, not an easy walk to cabriolet

There have been a few updates to the property but the fireplace had cloudy glass, there were very few electrical outlets so charging phones was a pain. The pillows were very solid and the mattresses need to be replaced. You need to call the shuttle to get to the mountain. The cabriolet is not an easy walk. The doors are hollow core and don’t block any noise. The kitchen was well appointed. The downstairs bath was very nice.

Getting a bit worn

Overall the location was good. While the bathroom and kitchen have been recently updated the furniture is worn. Also there is only a small couch and a single recliner in the living room so only 4 people can sit together

Good Location and Comfortable Place

Good location and plenty of space for a group of people. The unit was clean and comfortable. The condo complex is kind of in a weird spot between the base of canyons and the cabriolet lift so it would be tough to walk with all of your gear in either direction. I didn't end up using the shuttle because I had a car but I definitely saw the shuttle running around frequently. Overall really happy with my choice!

Very Nice

Location and property amenities were excellent. The inside of the property was clean but the deck could have used a sweep and the table to be wiped off. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this property to others.

Very Pleased

We had a very lovely stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every evening as well. My only suggestion would be to replace the king mattress in the master bedroom
it has seen it’s best days. We would definitely come back and stay again. Thank you!

July Escape

Since we were looking for a place to stay in July, we searched for a place with an A/C to escape the heat and found this unit. We somehow missed the minor detail that this unit had a 'portable' A/C unit, not central A/C. We showed up during a heat wave, and found it to be 88 degrees inside, and even hotter on the second floor! The portable A/C made only one room semi-bearable, and of the 2 extra fans, one was dead and the other very weak. We were very disappointed at first, but I called management, and they brought 2 brand new fans within a few hours which saved the day! We got the house to cool off that night with the extra air flow and the rest of the week was much better. The trick is, open all the windows up at night with the fans sucking the beautiful mountain air in, then close them all once it starts to warm up and trap the cool air in. If you do that, the portable a/c upstairs keeps it nice all day. We loved the location, the pools and hot tubs were nice, we played pickleball on the tennis courts, rode bikes along the trails all the way into town, and had a bbq on the deck. The home was a little small, but we spent most of our time outside anyway and ended up having a great time.

Not great for summertime stays

The unit has a small portable A/C unit located in the master bedroom. It was easily 85 degrees + in the upstairs bedrooms each day we were there (mid 90 temps during the stay). The home is clean and conveniently located. I would recommend it for spring/fall/winter stays. The master shower drained slow and most of the electrical plugs are worn out to the point that most things you plug in just fall back out.
