Vacation in Park City. Relax as a family and enjoy the beautiful weather. Enjoy this spacious family sized Park City condo. This convenient well-kept vacation rental is conveniently located beside the Park City golf course (groomed cross country ski course in winter), walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and on the free Park City bus system. We offer a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath condominium which comfortably sleeps up to 8 people.

**There is also a separate studio lock-off upstairs that can be used as a 4th bedroom. Message us for availability and pricing if you’re interested in adding it to your stay.

Recently updated with new furnishings, the Park City condo is clean, convenient and family friendly including a new large flat screen tv, new leather couch and new wall furnishings. The kitchen includes stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a well stocked cabinet to handle a crowd. The condo also offers high speed internet both wired and wireless. The open layout creates a comfy environment for socializing and relaxing. Imagine yourself steps from your kitchen in the well heated pool and outdoor hot tub, light Utah snowflakes falling around you.

Excellent, tidy and like-new condition. Close enough to everything. Comfortable stay. Grill was out of propane, had to go to store for tank exchange, then ingniter failed, solved that with purchase of a grill lighter we left in kitchen drawer.

There was a lack of linens. (Missing pillow cases). There was no bath soap at all and all the hand soaps were nearly gone soft soaps that had had water added to the used dirty bottles. Some of the dishes and coffee maker were blatantly dirty. The townhouse is older but nice. The sofa has a tear and isn’t very comfortable.

2nd time staying here, can't beat it for location and value!

This was our return visit, and we were not disappointed. We aren't fancy people and this is not a fancy place. What it is though, is a tremendous value with everything you need for a great ski vacation in park city. This time we decided to ski Deer Valley due to the beginner lift ticket so we rented at Coles which is a 5 min walk away. The shuttle to deer valley is right next to Coles so it's so convenient to take the free bus back, drop off ski rentals and walk back to the condo. Of course, if you choose to ski Park City, it's even more convenient as there is a stop right at park Avenue condos. The host is very gracious and allowed us an hour late check out during peak holiday season. I know this isn't guaranteed but the host's kind attitude was very much appreciated. The condo is spacious and there are plenty of extra blankets to get comfy. The only thing I'd note for folks new to this rental is one of the bedrooms is a little cooler due it's location (and external door). We knew this from staying here previously and just brought sweats to sleep in and used another blanket. It was totally fine. We hope to stay here again, and I hope the owners will keep their rates affordable. I skied Park City all through the 90s and early 2000s and it amazes me how swank the town has gotten and how expensive the sport is now. Hosts like this allow me and my family to enjoy a wonderful ski vacation without breaking the bank. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Perfect for family weekend away

This condo was perfect for our 5 adult 2 children family weekend in Park City. It is close to a grocery store and not a far drive (or even walk) to get to historic main street. The kids loved the pool and hot tubs. Communication with property owner was excellent. They responded very quickly each time I had a question. Would stay here again!

Perfect condominium

We had a wonderful stay in this cute Park City condominium. The location could not have been better. The check-in process was easy, communication with the manager swift, and the condominium was everything it was advertised to be,. The area was safe and close enough to the Main Street shops and restaurants that we could walk there. We would definitely return, and would highly recommend this lovely rental.

Location, location, location

We LOVED this property. It is very conveniently located. About 4min from park city village. There’s a grocery store right across the street. It’s about 4minutes from Main Street (a $6 Uber) . The actual unit is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Has a retro vibe that I loved. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Checkin was super easy. Parking is covered right in front of the condo. Hot tub was very close to the unit. Would definitely stay here again!
