Welcome to Juniper Landing 3 Bedroom, an AvantStay home!

This 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome sleeps up to 7 and is within walking distance to the Frostwood Gondola that takes guests straight up to the base of the Canyons Village where they can shop for gear or visit one of the many restaurants. From there, jump on the Red Pine Gondola or Orange Bubble Express to hit the slopes. Complete with modern finishes and thoughtful design, this home provides all of the touches that make for the perfect mountain getaway.

Stepping into this home and guests are immediately welcomed into a sun-bathed, open-concept layout. A large, plush sectional and swivel chairs surround the beautiful gas fireplace and provide the perfect setting for a group to gather after a long day on the slopes. With access to the large balcony with additional seating, this living area is the perfect place to gather for game night, grill dinner on the outdoor bbq grill, or enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV.

The modern design continues into the kitchen with gorgeous white marble countertops, tile backsplash, and stainless steel apron sink. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a Thermador refrigerator and gas range, perfect for staying in to enjoy a home-cooked meal. A rustic wood dining table provides seating for eight while the large island seats an additional 5 at the breakfast bar. Also located off of the kitchen is a half bathroom.

The master bedroom is located on the same floor with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV with cable, and a gas fireplace. Additional seating is provided by a plush armchair. With private access to the balcony, guests don't have to leave their room to enjoy the surrounding views. The en-suite bathroom is outfitted with a dual-vanity sink, large soaking tub, immaculate glass shower, and walk-in closet.

Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The first is the second master bedroom, complete with large windows that fill the room with natural light and provide beautiful views of the mountains. The exquisite en-suite bathroom features dual vanity sinks and a lovely tiled shower with a tub. A comfortable king-size bed with luxury linens finishes out this room. The second bedroom sleeps 3, complete with a twin-over-queen bunk-bed and large flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom also features dual-vanity sinks and a large glass shower. The walk-in closet has plenty of storage space. Both upstairs bedrooms have access to the upper deck allowing guests to enjoy a relaxing night outside.

The home is equipped with top of a line Whirlpool front-loading washer and dryer. Additional sleeping is provided by a pull-out sofa sleeper located in the living room. Private covered parking is provided for one car.

Home Truths:
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Community access to the lap pool, hot tub, fire pits, and a fully equipped gym. You will be provided with a fob for access to these amenities.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Parking Details:
There is one parking space in front of the home available to guests. There is an additional parking lot across from the home, which is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Spring Break Shredders

Location was good, close walk to the ski rental place and Frostwood gondola. Place is newly built, contemporary design, very functional. The code we received for the interior garage door did not open the door, so we could not gain access to the unit through the garage. When we went to the front door to get in, the lock would not unlock because the check-in instructions did not include the fact that you had to raise the door handle to affect the deadbolt.

Christmas Weekend

This is a great condo ! Not adequate parking for two vehicles ! If you are going to rent at The current rate you probably will have more than one vehicle and several adults , so parking may be a problem! The only other issue was the front door lock ! We were unable to understand how it worked until we talked to the property manager . Last , we thought the location was very good, but it was our first time to Park City !

Spectacular!!!

Wonderful property! Brand new townhome stocked with every amenity one could possibly need!! Memory foam beds in all the rooms including the fold out couch. We love to cook and greatly appreciated the stocked kitchen with top of the line All Clad pans and cutlery. Location is just 5 minutes from Frostwood lift. Bus line at base of development and just a 5 minute drive to town. This was our second stay with Cooper's in Juniper Landing - we will be back for a 3rd visit next winter !

Good property for a family ski vacation

We had plenty of space for our family of 5, and really enjoyed our trip. Close proximity to the mountain, and a great well-stocked kitchen as well. We were overall very happy. We had trouble operating the televisions in the bedrooms (main TV was fine), and the unit should be equipped with a remote access garage door code on the actual unit’s garage door. The other garage doors in the building all had one, and it would have been much more convenient if this unit had one as well. Lastly, the beds were very uncomfortable. Those are minor complaints though. Overall it was a great unit for our family, and we had a wonderful trip!
