This marvelous home is fabulous for friends and families and offers the ultimate for entertaining and 'living life Park City-style' at its finest. At just under 3,750 square feet, with five spacious bedrooms, five exquisite baths, fully equipped with designer furnishings and bedding. spectacular architectural design elements including unique timber framing elements, soaring vaulted ceilings, exposed elevator shaft and five stone fireplaces. Filled with rich and warm designer finishes, including, venetian plaster walls, ornamental iron, hammered copper, natural stone, and distressed hickory wood floors. All in all, this brilliant Old Town retreat exudes luxury, yet maintains its comfortable rustic charm.

For outdoor entertaining, the heated patio is ideal at any time of the day, any time of the year. As the sun starts to set, grab a refreshment, light the roaring fire-pit and grill some dinner on the 42-inch Viking barbecue. The gourmet kitchen with its antique ice-box style refrigerator, Viking double oven range, hammered copper hood, and breakfast bar is another wonderful space, and is adjacent to a vaulted informal dining and hearth room, featuring a beautiful custom stone fireplace. The gourmet kitchen provides plenty of workspace to allow your chef to create a fabulous home-cooked meal. The ground level offers a city approved 'lock-out- apartment unit with a private entrance. Use it as a third family room, fifth bedroom, den, nanny, in-law or guest quarters - the possibilities are endless.

Great time in Old Town PC

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this gorgeous cabin in Park City! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Main Street and the Town Lift, making it super convenient for skiing and exploring the town. The cabin itself is stunning, with plenty of space for our group of 7 to relax and enjoy. The beautiful fireplaces throughout created such a cozy atmosphere, and we loved gathering around them after a day on the slopes. The hot tub was definitely a highlight—perfect for unwinding after skiing! It’s spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to enjoy Park City in style and comfort! Maybe just avoid the Xmas crunch as the PC runs were overcrowded and poorly managed.

House is in a perfect location for slope access. We were able to ski in/out with a short climb to the run facing town lift. House was perfect for our group of 7. Hot tub/outdoor fire pit/grill made using the heated patio a perfect way to end the day. Clean and well appointed. Would stay here again.

Best ski/out house in Old Town

This house is fabulous, beautifully decorated and fully stocked. The outdoor space is awesome. This house is a true ski in/out property - just one short turn off Quit’n Time run. Main Street is just a few minute walk away. It’s the perfect location. The property manger, Emilio, is fantastic - walked us through the entire house and explain everything at check in. I highly recommend renting this property!

FANTASTIC ski-in/out house 3 min from restaurants and shops

This house is truly a luxury accommodation at a reasonable price, with a super supportive A++ host and house manager. Even before we arrived we knew we'd have a great time since the property was well described and the host was always quick to respond to questions. The ski-in/out feature was fabulous with just a short walk to and from Quittin Time run. It was great fun to carry our skis the last 50' directly to the back door while eyeing the cozy jacuzzi beckoning to be used. The house manager met us at 11 pm when we arrived from our late flight and gave us a full tour of the amenities from the elevator to the multiple fireplaces (a simple switch to turn on), many TVs (one even behind the mirror in the main bedroom!), full on luxury beds, kitchen, jacuzzi and BBQ. The decor is top notch and thoughtful as the pictures show. On the first morning we walked down Quittin Time to the ski rental place at the Town lift, got our lift tickets and had breakfast at the excellent Bridge Cafe and Grill. Subsequent days we skied down to breakfast at Bridge Cafe, which we never tired of. At the end of each day we skied to the house, changed in their roomy ski gear room and jumped in the jacuzzi. During that refreshing soak we ordered take-out dinner and then one person walked 3 minutes into town to get the order while the rest of us continued our R&R (no painful drive and search for parking in the snow). After dinners (we had yummy American, Thai, Italian and Japanese meals) we all walked into town for dessert and checked out the shops. We highly recommend this stress-free vacation location and will happily return!

This house as it all. Ski in and out. Walk to old town. Property manager is fantastic. Took our daughter to urgent care when she sprained her knee skiing. More room than you think. Kitchen stocked with all the tools you need. Great experience.

amazing house, amazing location, amazing stay

Lawrence was a great host. We had a great time in his house. We had access from his backyard to the slope that took us directly to the town lift. That's a real IN N OUT Ski access!!! 4 minutes away from Main. You cannot beat this location. The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable. Multi level house allowed us to have separate spaces when we needed to relax (we were 9 included an infant and a 5 year old). The house didn't feel crowded at all. Has an elevator to help you with the suitcases. Feels like a real home... not just an airbnb. Loved it!
