Nestled among the pine trees and aspens, Red Pine Winter Way offers gorgeous views of the Wasatch Mountains from its large balcony, comfortable new furnishings, and modern enhancements throughout the unit. This newly remodeled property has been updated and modernized to give guests a comfortable, homely feel at an excellent price. The Red Pine Clubhouse features hot tubs, pools, a sauna, locker rooms, a billiards table, outdoor grills, and a fireplace.

The living room is open and bright with its new furnishings & fixtures, new flat screen HDTV, large oversized windows, and classic Red Pine cathedral ceilings. Just off the living room is a sliding glass door, which allows you access to your private covered balcony with views of the new Canyons Golf Course. The classic mountain atmosphere has undoubtedly remained with a unique river-rock fireplace, antler décor, and other western features & finishings.

The living room flows smoothly into the kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features various appliances, including a fridge, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher & other small appliances. The unit is also well stocked with cookware, corning ware & flatware, making preparing every meal much more enjoyable. If you want a night out, visit Kimball Junction or downtown Park City to enjoy unique shops, local events, tasty eateries, and gourmet dining experiences. The kitchen also has a dining table that can seat four (4) people.

The main floor also features a spacious primary suite. It has a queen-size bed with quality linens & bedding, a new 42" HDTV, and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bath features an extra-long counter with a sink, storage & a separate area for the toilet, shower & tub combination.

Head upstairs to the second-floor landing, where you will find two (2) guest bedrooms - one is a loft bedroom. The first guest bedroom (2) is bright & open with its vaulted ceilings, refurbished en suite bathroom, and modern upgrades with new furnishings & fixtures. The bedroom offers two (2) new full-size double beds with high-end bedding & linens, a large dresser & closet. The second guest loft bedroom (3) features two (2) twin beds, angled ceilings & warm mountain colors throughout. The upstairs bedrooms share an en suite bathroom, equipped with a large counter & sink, bathtub, shower & separate toilet area.

Ski trip to Park City

Great place, great location. Easy to walk to Cabriolet to get to ski lifts. Place was spacious and had all the amenities. One thing that would've been nice is a drying rack for wet ski clothes, maybe an electric one. But I'd return there for sure. Another bonus would be a place to store luggage pre and post check-in while skiing.

Great Location But...

This condo is in a great location, in the parking area near the Canyon side of Park City. While you could walk to the gondola, the free shuttle took you right to the lifts, a great touch. The door lock code was as long as a social security number and the outdoor light did not light that area up, so you had to use the light on your phone to see. It was very difficult to open and confusing to lock, one time one of our guests accidently left the place unlocked the whole day while we were skiing. A better light and better instructions and a shorter code would be an improvement. The condo said it was a two bedroom, but the second bedroom is essentially an open area in the loft with a wall and a door between the rest of the loft but wide open, so you could see and hear everything in the "bedroom". That should be spelled out more clearly so you know you are not getting a private bedroom by any means. The other issue is the clubhouse and hot tub. There is one club house which has two hot tubs for the entire complex. It was almost impossible to go there and get in a hot tub, they need to have more hot tubs for this many units (A-Z with some of them having up to 8 units per alphabet letter). So if a hot tub is really important to you, I suggest a place with more hot tubs so you do not get shut out like we did most days or have to wait for others to leave just to get a space. But at the end of the day, a great location with the very nice free shuttle service worked for us.

Had better stays at Redpine Condos

We have stayed in Redpine Condos for 10 years and this condo needs updating desperately. Fixtures were from the 80’s and hot water heater isn’t sufficient at all for a family. Broken box fans. The fireplace only stayed on with a timer for no more than 60 minutes. The biggest issue we had was not having a washer/dryer in the unit. This was the first unit we have stayed in without that. We did like the free rentals.

Conveinent Stay for Conference

This location was perfect for our stay in Park City Canyons for a conference. We could walk to most places in Canyons and enjoy the amenities that the clubhouse offered. Other than having the incorrect door code at check-in, the rest of our stay was issue-free. We would stay again in the future.

Great location, convenience and price

We stay here every year for our annual Park City trip. We love the Canyons side due to it being less crowded with longer runs (also the CV connect app makes it easy to get slopeside in minutes). This property has easy access to heated pool, hot tub and sauna. It’s not fancy by any means but when these 5 guys go on a ski trip we’re not looking for fancy. Maintenance was responsive when we had a brief issue with the fireplace.

NOT a 3 Bedroom, or even a 2 bedroom!

Description says 3 bedroom, it was a 1 bedroom with a loft. Did not say it was on the second floor. Would not have rented it with 80 yr old parents. VRBO description said 3 bedroom then when I received the email from rental company it was written up as a 2 bedroom with loft. When we arrived it was a 1 bedroom with a loft. Was not a good set up for 8 people! Also stated had a washer/dryer. So one would assume it’s in the unit. Nope, it was across the street in the clubhouse. Also had plumbing back up and dishwasher did not work which was a hassle considering we cook in the condo every night, so washing dishes and cookware for 8 adults was cumbersome. Overall not happy with accommodations and would not recommend it.

Nice condo

The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved the fireplace and watching the birds at the feeder in the mornings. Having 2 full bathrooms is helpful with 4 young adults. My only complaint is that this is really a one bedroom with a loft. The upstairs has 2 sleeping areas, but both are in the same open air loft. In other words, no privacy for my 15-22 year olds. The place is great for a group that wakes and sleeps at the same time. :)

Location was good, check in and out was easy, kitchen was well stocked (except a pizza cutter). Club house was good, snow removal was decent (snowed every day). We would stay again; for 6 adults it was cosy.

Reasonable Price - Clean - Funny Layout

The place is clean but tired. The loft is weird. It's mostly open so there's really no privacy in any of the rooms up there. Lots of outlets need replacing as plugs fall out of them. It really needs new carpet. The location is okay, but you need to download an app for an on demand shuttle to the lifts. You really can't walk to them. Same with anything else, you really need to shuttle everywhere, so what's the advantage at staying at the ski area rather than a nicer place father away?

The unit was in a great location. The shuttle service was amazing.Too far from lifts to really walk. Shower head in the upstairs bath was like pins and needles. Luckily we found vinegar in the kitchen and fixed the issue. Other than that everything was as presented.

Overall good experience

Property is clean, the manager checked in with me by text and responded promptly. Pictures are accurate. property is cozy and well equipped. Very clean and organized. We were a family of 5 including 3 kids. I think the condo will be too tight for larger groups . I would strongly recommend you use the Canyons Village Conner app to get to the mountain or the lift. It is super easy to sign up, request a ride, and was extremely helpful. We loved it. The only downside to this condo is the parking lot and the snow shoveling. It snowed regularly when we were there, which is common in Park City. The parking lot was a mess, and I struggled to get my SUV out of the snow. I needed to go to the clubhouse to get a shovel to clean the snow around the car to get it out. An indoor parking or more regular snow plowing / salt would have saved us a lot of time and worry. Overall it was a good experience, and I appreciated the manager checking in with me before, during and after the trip.

No Air conditioning!!

I came out of this situation learning the esson that apparently I can't just assume that a nice condo/townhome in Park City, Utah has air conditioning and that in the future I will have to scour the listings to make sure. It was literally 95 degrees when we got there and had a hard time sleeping. We actually had to stay away until it got dark to go home so it would cool enough to stay there. The owners were very aware and had 4 fans for us to set up. Thank God

Perfect Park City Gateway.

This condo has everything you need if you looking for the place close to the ski lifts(it's located in Canyons Village),well stocked,management is very easy to deal with,always reafy to help,will recommend,a+property.

Great ski location

The condo worked well for our party of six adults. My only suggested would be for the housekeeping crew to clean the floor rugs more often. Also we only had one body towel each and had to use for both showers and hot tub. We did call and housekeeping provided more!! We would recommend this condo and would stay here again!
