THIS CONDO: Walk to Park City Resort Center lifts from this three bedroom condo that sleeps up to 10. Two bedrooms have queen beds. One has two sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps four) and the living room has a queen pull down murphy bed.

LAST YEAR 2026: East access to Sundance film festival. Walk to the library and Egyptian theaters. Easy free bus to all other venues.

SKI: This airy condo is within an easy downhill walk of Park City Mountain Resort Center lifts. This is now the largest ski area in the U.S. and includes all of the old Park City Resort plus the Canyons. EZ Free bus to Deer Valley and Main Street shops and restaurants. Also walkable to Main Street.

CONDO: Sunny Condo with high sky lights. Three bedrooms with two full baths (one with whirlpool jets). Spacious fully equipped kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace and views of the mountains. This condo is perfect for families with children or groups of friends enjoying a vacation together.

Lift Lodge/Sweetwater has comfortable beds for up to eight people. There are two bedrooms and a full bath with whirlpool jets on the main level. One of these bedrooms has a full bed, spacious closet, windows with a private eastern mountain view and cable TV. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (sleeps four), closet and dresser. The third light-filled bedroom is reached by a lovely circular stair to the upper level overlooking the living room. It has a full bed, a closet and a full bath immediately outside the bedroom. There is also a fold down Murphy bed in the living room. That allows for 10 people. We recommend it as accommodations for 8 people rather than 10, but 10 is possible.

The condo has cathedral ceilings soaring over the living room, dining room and kitchen. Windows on two sides and clestory windows in the roof impart a feeling of space, light and air. Windows in the dining area give you a private view to the mountains in the east. You can view the Park City ski area from the living room windows and entrance porch. There is a fully equipped spacious kitchen, a dining area seating 6 with a bar and stools seating an additional 3. The cozy living room has a wood burning fireplace, cable television and a DVD player.

Great spot close to the slopes

We had a really great stay at the house. It was perfect for our group. We had plenty of space, and enjoyed the openness of the main room. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the Payday lift. The amenities at the complex were great too!

Great Stay!

A wonderful place for 10 friends celebrating film and the life of one we recently lost. Was nicely tucked between the Main Street action of the film festival and the getaway of the slopes. The Loop is basically right outside the door. There were 8 men and 2 women for our trip...and there was enough space for us to enjoy a respectful and cosy stay. Fireplace was used, along with the kitchen! Lastly, Michael is a dream host. Very responsive, helpful, and kind. If you're looking for a home base for a large group, this is an easy one to recommend. Would definitely book this gem -- and book with Michael -- again!

Awesome Place for Park City Skiing

We stayed here with a group of 6 and had a great time. The location is perfect if you're trying to Ski/Snowboard Park city as the lift is only a 10 min walk. Mike is also very communicative and whenever we had questions or small problems he'd respond super fast. I would definitely stay here again if I'm going to Park City.

Great location for skiing!

We stayed here with our five older teens and one child. It was perfect for walking to the Park City ski base, and made it easy for people to come and go from the slopes at various times. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequate. It was cozy and the vaulted ceiling and spiral staircase made it feel roomy and fun. Would definitely stay here again.

Stone's throw from Park City Resort

The rental was clean and extremely close to the resort. I didn't even bother bringing a pair of shoes to the mountain to change out of, after skiing a full day before walking home. The property owner was responsive and provided informative, detailed instructions. The property management personnel on-site were great as well. We arrived to the property before the room was ready and they gladly offered to store our belongings in the office while we killed time in Downtown Park City. I would absolutely rent this property again.

Walking distance to PC Lifts

This property is an easy walk to PC Lifts, the pictures exactly represent the place. The bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and there is a separate (not en suite) bathroom upstairs. We had plenty of room for a family of 5 adults, and we even had grandma for a couple of nights and everyone had a place to sleep and eat. Parking is on the street and during a busy season I image it could be challenging to find a parking spot, but once you park, you really don’t need to drive anywhere. Grocery store is 0.7 miles away, and downtown is 0.9 miles away. Great place priced right.

Ideal location for Sundance (or any other time of year!)

Despite some snafus with Sweetwater lodge, Michael (our host) helped ensure we had a great stay. This property was perfect for our group – we were a 5 minute walk from the Park City lifts, a 3 minute walk from one of the Sundance theaters (Library Theater), and 10 minutes from Main Street. The place is also exactly as it appears in the photos and was more than enough room for our group of 6. The hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of skiing!

Great place and close to main st and skiing

The place was great , we could walk to park city ski resort and it wasn’t so cold we could have walked to Main Street too. We had a problem with the door and they fixed it right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place! We loved our time there!

Overall great experience and we would definitely go back. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't working and looks like it has actually been shut down and the pool wasn't very heated which were both unfortunate as we were looking forward to swimming/relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. But besides that we loved our stay and would recommend the place. Besides the hot tub/pool situation, everything in the description is exactly how the place is. Also the owner is very responsive and accommodating!

Exactly as advertised, an incredibly pleasant experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The condo is exactly as it appears in the photos and the location is wonderfully convenient to Main Street. Mike was great about communicating in the run up to my stay. I'm a fan and would stay here again next January.
