Upon entry to Red Pine Residence, located in Timbers neighborhood at Park City's Canyons Village, visitors will fall in love with their private mountain getaway tucked in the pines with ski-in, ski-out access, six luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms and elegantly furnished common areas. You will be delighted to find each and every detail has been considered, inside and out.

Visitors will appreciate the secluded mountain feel and classic, mountain contemporary design while enjoying its accessibility, including ski-in/ski-out access to the largest ski resort In the United States and convenience to the Canyons Village base area or Park City's historic Main Street.

The home's superior interior blends with Park City's natural beauty featuring vaulted ceilings and numerous open spaces for gathering.

The main level's open floorplan includes a gourmet chef's kitchen complete with high-end appliances and furnishings and ample space for multiple cooks in the kitchen. There’s plenty of seating for entertaining, including a dining table with seating for eight located in the dining room and a breakfast bar with seating for three.

The living area, which is surrounded by windows and doors, and filled with high-end, comfortable furnishings brings the outside in and includes an Instagram-worthy wood burning fireplace to warm up after a day on the hill or exploring Park City. The adjacent mudroom offers ample storage and easy access to the trail for ski-In/ski-out access when conditions allow.

The sleeping quarters on the main level of the home include the main suite and a guest bedroom. The main suite features a king bed dressed with luxurious bedding and a private wood-burning fireplace. The elegant main bathroom includes a walk-in shower, soaking bathtub, his and her sinks, a vanity table, and a sumptuous heat lamp to warm up after a chilly day on the slopes. Double doors and surrounding windows bring in natural light and the lush landscaping of the home.

The guest bedroom on the main level includes a queen bed, a private gas fireplace, and, of course, views of the property’s Park City pines.

Three additional guest suites with plush king beds and private bathrooms are located upstairs along with the 'kids' room' that includes two twin beds and a trundle for vacation sleepovers on repeat. The home's upstairs also offers a lounge with vaulted ceilings and an office nook offering visitors the opportunity to spread out while providing space for privacy, conversation, or a heated game of rummy.

Heading to the lower level, guests will adore the game room and a wet bar both which are perfect for entertaining or challenging friends and family to a board game or movie night. A full bathroom makes post-ski day showering convenient for the whole group. The home’s private laundry will come in handy after each day's pursuits.

Love the Canyons

Our recent stay in this luxury home in Park city was a memorable experience. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, warm and inviting. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful night after long days on the slopes. The ski in-ski out access was a fantastic perk, and we loved having access to two different mountains for a variety of skiing experiences. The hot tub was a great addition, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a day outdoors. While our stay was enjoyable, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Upon arrival, we encountered a couple maintenance and supply issues, including a nonworking dishwasher, an oven that wouldn’t heat properly, and the lack of humidifiers until our final night. The steam shower also triggered the fire alarm, which was an unexpected inconvenience. Additionally, we noticed a lack of basic essentials, such as laundry detergent, pantry staples, dish towels and dish rags. The housekeeping staff did provide towels on our second day upon request. When running the jets in the hot tub, some mold appeared, which was concerning.Despite these issues, we truly enjoyed our time in this home and appreciated its beautiful setting and excellent ski access. With a bit more attention to maintenance this property could be an absolutely flawless get away

Wonderful beautiful home

This home is just gorgeous and very spacious. Well equipped in the kitchen and the ski cubicles were well designed. The only thing lacking was snow but the house was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Annual ski trip

Overall we had a great experience at this property. It was very comfortable for a group of 10. Unfortunately the snow conditions hindered the ski in/out but still easy access to the mountain. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch also. There was one issue with one of the showers not working but it was resolved by the property management to our satisfaction. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house, excellent location - but no internet

We stayed here for a week in January as part of an extended trip to the Park City area where we were working/schooling from home and skiing. The bad - the house advertises internet, but the internet did not work. We had average Mbps download speeds of only 5 Mpbs (compared to 200Mbps back home). This was consistent throughout the house. We bumped into the owner on our way into the home and I asked him casually about the internet and he said it was usually fine. It wasn't and it dramatically affected our ability to get work and school done in the early mornings (we were keeping East Coast time) before skiing. This is a big deal, especially in this Covid-work from home environment. The property management company told me the internet speed was all the owner was willing to pay for. I would definitely recommend getting this fixed. For this price point and type of house, fast WiFi is a minimum standard these days. On the good side - the property management company was awesome to deal with and problem solve. They delivered two hot spots for WiFi, which were still not enough, but a great attempt to solve the lack of internet problem. There is a cleaning service every day for fresh towels. The hot tub guy comes by every day to make sure it is ok. Overall, the management company did a great job. The house itself is amazing and well decorated. Very comfortable beds and living spaces. Plenty of room to space out, as seen in the pictures. The ski-in/out access was awesome, so easy to get home at the end of the day and click-out right at the back door trail. Ski-out in the morning was fun and easy too, follow the trail down to Sunrise lift. Overall, we thought this house was amazing. Price was a decent value for what you get. The only downside was the lack of Internet, which should be an easy fix for the owner.
