RARE! Park City Canyons Penthouse w/ Loft & TWO MASTER BEDROOMS! Pool, HT, gym

This two bedroom, three full bath w/ Loft Top Floor condo offers a full kitchen and TWO living spaces with Canyon views and a semi-private balcony. The balcony is shared with another unit (one bedroom unit). Each bedroom has its own bathroom and KING beds w/ main floor bedroom having a fireplace. The living room and loft each have their own Sleeper Sofas (Queens). There is a third bathroom off the main floor living area as well as a fireplace. The Loft space offers an additional living space with dry bar/fridge, fireplace, and flat-screen tv.

The Silverado Lodge is quietly located just below the the Canyons Village, but still a short convenient walk to all the restaurants, retail stores, Red Pine gondola & Orange Bubble express lifts! There is also a frequent shuttle service to get you right to the lifts or into Park City for some fine dining.

* Zip Lines, Park City - Ever wished you could fly? Soar above the tree tops as our Zip Lines propel you 110 feet above Park City Mountain's ski trails at speeds up to 45 miles per hour. On the ZipRider race your friends to see who's the fastest. Take a ride on the Flying Eagle, a zip line that takes your Park City vacation to new heights. This two-person ride is open all winter too! Kids and adults must be 42" tall, but no weight minimum. And it starts and ends at the same location, so you can ride again and again and again. Zip Lines are subject to early closures for reasons including wind, temperature, etc.

* Canyons Zip Line Tours - Experience the thrill of soaring high above the ground on our mid-mountain Zip Tour. Nice but

The condo is clean and spacious, but located on a very noisy section of the property. Situated on the road, every vehicle traveling to the main resort passes by the unit. The noise level is very high due to the constant back and forth of cars, busses and trucks. Additionally the kitchen was missing basic tools to cook for a family of the size staying in the condo. For the price paid, my husband and I expected more.

Christmas Holiday Ski Vacation @ the Canyons in Park City

We are a SKI Famiky and as such, we have travelled to a lot of fine destinations and stayed at a lot of very nice hotels, including the St Regis Deer Valley, and condos. We found this unit to be exceptional Both in how clean it was, but also everything that had to offer for our family. It did obviously been recently updated and remodeled and we found everything to be wonderful for our family. Every possible thing that could’ve been provided was in this unit, including a ski boot and ski glove dryer which we normally pack and take with us on Long ski trips. The owners have done a wonderful job to make this a home away from home for families that travel to ski in Park city. My kids even commented how nice the unit was. The kitchen was outfitted with every utensil and possible appliance that you could think of including both a Keurig coffee machine and a regular brew coffee machine. There was even foil to use so we didn’t need to grab that at the store. The hand soap and lotion dispensers in the bathrooms and kitchen area was outstanding. We will definitely stay in this unit again and I highly recommend this for families or large groups. It is a very nice unit and can say nothing negative about it at all. Having 3 bathrooma was also a PLUS!!! With the unit being a short walk or a shuttle ride up to the lift and gondola you could not ask for anything better! If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay with your family and friends when at the canyons/Park city this is it!

The place was wonderful to stay at. The unit is big, spacious and clean. A 5 minute walk to the lifts. Brian and Nicole were timely In communication and very accommodating. Would stay here again!!

Spacious and functional

For just 3 of us, we had more room than we could possibly need. The condo itself had everything we needed. It was quiet and comfortable, maybe due to mid summer timing. Convenient access to the canyons village and park city. My wife and I discussed how great this place would be for a multi family trip in summer or winter. So much room! The only thing that could be better would be an updated pool and fitness center.

Perfect Retreat

This property is in a great location for Park City. You can quickly get downtown and explore the Historic Main Street area, but its location makes all the other Park City/Kimble Junction areas easy to get to as well. Also gives easy access to Jordanelle, Heber, and Midway. The property is spacious and well maintained. The hosts have given a lot of thought to your stay by providing essentials and helpful information. It's a great home base to have while exploring the area, but it's also very conducive to hanging out with your travel group. I would stay here again.

Amazing stay!

This was everything and more than my wife & I were hoping for! This romantic village with a family friendly atmosphere has something for everyone. The condo was amazing, with 2 gas fireplaces, plenty of room, clean and updated kitchen and bathrooms, spectacular view, convenient for skiers and walking to the village, terrific amenities including access to an outdoor hot tub and the perfect place to cozy up in! The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely return! Thank you!

Great Experience

Unit was as advertised. Very nice! We had a couple quick exchanges with owners around check-in. They were friendly and responsive. Unit is closer to Canyons Village base area then we were expecting. Easy walk up a slight hill to be at the base and lifts. Parking under building was very nice too!

Summer Girls' Trip

My mom, teen daughters and I had a great time in Park City this week. This condo was a great home base for us. It was a short 30 min from SLC airport, and then close to downtown/Main St. Park City, as well as the Olympic Park and a nice shopping center with anything we needed. We had plenty of room to spread out! The two levels and living rooms were nice to have so my daughters could have their own hangout space. We enjoyed a concert on the lawn in Canyons Village, and grabbed the gondola for a ride - both just up the hill from the condo. Pool and hot tub were nice too! The building was very quiet due to it being the off-season and school starting. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

Needs some updating. Semi private balcony can't be used as other occupant next door uses it most of the time to chain smoke. Lives there. Amenities were good. Dishwasher not cleaning. Other fees: tax, resort fee, cleaning fee and insurance charge were almost as much as the rental fee. Room faces road coming up to resorts. Owner responsive when contacted.

Great communication with owners in advance of stay. Location was great, a pretty short walk up to the Canyons base area. We rented skis from the Canyons rental so we were able to valet our skis each day rather than walking back and forth with them which was great since the walk involves a lot of stairs. Unit was great, big and clean with plenty of space for our family of 5. Extra family room in loft area was a huge bonus for our teens.

Great place to stay!

The Silverado Lodge is an excellent place to stay. I traveled with my wife, 13 year old, 11 year old, 7 year old and a friend. Their was plenty of space to accommodate all of us. The loft upstairs was great for the kids as it gave the adults some privacy below. The pool and hot tub were great, especially after hours of skiing. The canyon village express shuttles were great and easy to use. I’d recommend downloading app (front desk has it). I’d highly recommend this unit and would stay here again. Brian the owner was great!

Terrific stay!

Some nice perks at this location — 3 full baths and a loft (bonus room!). Both bedrooms have en-suite full baths and the 3rd is on main floor. TVs could be bigger (especially living room) but nice that they are in the bedrooms, loft and living room. The building could use some TLC but not bad considering it’s age compared to all the new construction in the immediate area. Make sure you make a reservation for the shuttle if you want a ride up the the plaza - you can’t just hop on. Use the app for return its great. That said I walked to/from he gondola every day by cutting through the way gate parking garage, up the elevator, down the hall and up a ramp onto the plaza - a little tricky but once i got it I loved the walk. Overall a nice, affordable stay, basic, roomie, convenient.

Summer Canyons.

This is a very comfortable property that screams family friendly. Separate spaces for kids and parents and all the amenities necessary for a week stay. The property is in very good condition. The only downside is the carpet in the main living area. Lots of stains have collected over the years. The AC needs a quick once over, but with Park City’s milder Summer temperatures this was not a big issue for us. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable and bathrooms and laundry were excellent.

Great condo

This was a nice condo to stay at for our ski trip. Location is a few minute walk or shuttle to the canyons lifts. Kitchen appointments are basic but adequate. Great ammeneties at the Silverado.

Nice condo for two couples

Great place, quick and easy shuttle to the gondola base. Everything worked well. Just wish the canyons village area had more places to eat and go out, cafés, etc; but i see its getting there with new buildings going up.

great ski condo

We were very happy with this condo located a short walk from the Canyons base area. It was large with comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen and huge, clean bathrooms. Laundry in the unit was valuable after skiing. There is a nice gym area with outdoor hot tub and heated pool, plus sauna and steam room. Coffee and granola bars were in the lobby each day.
