Inside, this 658-square-foot Park City vacation rental features a cozy layout perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar for casual dining. The private bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and a full bathroom completes the space. Added conveniences include a private washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. Please note: this condo does not offer air conditioning, but fans will be provided during the warmer months for your comfort.

Guests of Park Avenue #297 will enjoy access to a host of community amenities, including an outdoor heated pool (seasonal Summer only; closed Fall and Winter), year-round hot tub, sauna, changing rooms with showers, and a coin-operated laundry facility.

Sofabed was terrible to sleep on

Everything was great except the sofa-bed. My son and I had to take turns as neither of us could get a decent sleep on it. I would strongly recommend the owner invest in a better sofabed. Best Rgds Christian

Great stay

As it turned out, things worked better than I was expecting, not that I had particular expectations good or bad. But the location of the condo was very well situated. It was right near the Fresh Market shuttle stop, which is right near the Park City ski resort. At Fresh Market, there is a fine grocery store and a Starbucks. In fact it is a nice little mall which offers many amenities. And the condo complex offers a hot tub and steam room, as well as a little clubhouse. Very fine offering at a good price. I would recommend this for sure
