Serene Park City MTN Home
A short-drive East of Salt Lake City, there is a secluded mountain neighborhood called Summit Park. Nestled in the mountain peaks near the resorts, this property is surrounded by aspen & pine trees. With a similar feel to that of the Alaskan woods, driving home each night will allow you to view the sun set over the valley forest and smell the fresh pine in the air. We are minutes from Canyons, Park City Ski Resort, and Deer Valley, but far enough away for seclusion and tranquility.
HOME DECOR & DESIGN We thought of you in mind when we designed our home with large comfortable beds, plush pillows, and distinct furniture. Our home is perfect for large groups or multiple families and provides a variety of cozy nooks and spacious spaces so that you can relax in privacy or interact as a family or group in the living room. This house boasts two full kitchens (on both floors), two laundry rooms (on both floors), garage access (perfect in the winter time), four bathrooms, multiple king & queen beds, a hot tub, and views that will soothe your soul.
The upstairs has 3 bedrooms (with king & queen beds), a large kitchen with a gas range, two bathrooms, dining room, living room, and laundry room with deck access. You can access the hot tub through a sliding door in the kitchen or a sliding door through the living room.
The ground level floor has attention to detail with amenities such as a gas range, quartz countertops, and Costa-Rican exotic hardwood to accent the kitchen's minimalist floating shelves. Bright whites and cream tri-tone paint with recessed lighting feels bright and open. The ground floor (with garage walk in access) has 3 bedrooms (with king, queen, full, and twin beds), two bathrooms, and a laundry room.
LOCAL AMENITIES Within a 5-10 minute drive (weather dependent) you can access Whole Foods & Fresh Market grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, and the outlet malls.

Spent New Years in this great house 10 mins from Cabriolet gondola at Canyons. 3 families with 3 teens and two younger kids - plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the hot tub, watched football, cooked and skied - had a great time at a great property!
Good location, good sleeping accommodations for large families. Carpets and flooring dirty for small children. Large great room was nice but a little on the warm side with portable AC. Overall a good place for our family would have been great if a little cleaner.
We had a wonderful time at our sisters retreat in this lovely mountain home. It was very comfortable and everyone enjoyed being able to have a space of their own. Our only complaints were the air conditioning upstairs wasnât working terribly well, but thatâs because it was so hot outside. Highly recommend staying at this place.
Place had enough room for everyone. Location was ideal between Park City ski resort and airport and restaurants/grocery/etc. Communication was so easy with owner and they were great. Overall great experience
We had such an awesome time in this home. Very well equipped, and the home owner was incredibly responsive. We had an issue with the dishwasher, and it was fixed within 12 hours of bringing it to his attention. Highly recommend!!!
It was a nice and roomy place for our family. My biggest concern is pulling into the driveway, it is awful if you donât have a high vehicle as it scraps tailpipe and undercar area. A few little hiccups but overall a great place and beautiful location.
The house met our needs with 6 bedrooms and four baths. Living areas were nice gathering places as well. The home was well stocked with everything we needed and the property manager was responsive. Appliances were modern and worked well. Two refrigerators were nice.
There were a few quirks that keep it from a five star rating. The garage door opener did work. There was a Roku remote but no Roku and the TV watching options werenât great. Also, the home is aging a bit and could use some updates. The driveway concrete is eroding and thereâs a huge dip that causes most vehicle to scrape bottom hard when pulling in and out unless you approach it at a sharp angle. The climate control is complex. We could never get both upstairs and downstairs to be comfortable. One thermostat controls both floors even though downstairs is considerably cooler throughout the day than upstairs.
Overall, the home was very acceptable and the management was great. Just a few annoyances make it fall short of a five star rating.
We were pleasantly surprised by the living space. It had great room for gathering with family either in the kitchen, at the dining room table, in the large and sunny living room or on the back deck. The multiple options also made it enjoyable for the adults and kids to have our own space, but still keep an eye on them. Good feel overall!
We had a great experience with a large group staying here. Close to multiple ski resorts, was a very simple process, and had plenty of room for all of us. The host was very responsive and quick to help with an issue we had. Only thing is to be sure you have a winter/snow capable car if coming here over snowy months.
