Snowflower #59: Ski-In/Ski-Out, Premiere Park City Condo

This is a deluxe, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. A true, ski-in, ski-out experience on the slopes of the Park City Mountain Resort. Located in the Snowflower Condominiums, this unit in the highly desirable Building 2 is private and quiet - tucked among the pine and aspen trees while overlooking the ski slopes, the ski lifts, and the heated pool & jacuzzi.

Comfortable luxury can be found throughout the unit, with natural hickory cabinets and granite counter tops in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, Complimentary WIFI, furnishings highlighted by a digitally controlled fireplace, a widescreen LCD SMART TV complete with DVD, VCR and a DVR for recording your favorite shows to watch later.

The primary suite includes a king-size bed, private balcony, large closets, large dressers, and SMART TV. The ensuite primary full bath is spacious and includes a roman soaking tub.

The second bedroom includes one queen bed and one twin bed, a large closet, large dresser, and a SMART TV.

The Living Room includes a sofa sleeper (queen-size) bed.

The second full bath is conveniently located outside the second bedroom. Both bathrooms in the unit include dedicated heaters, cozy bath towels and hairdryers.

One underground parking spot is included with the reservation. The building has elevator access and a private, heated locker room to store ski/board equipment. Also included are use of a fitness center, tennis courts, and outdoor BBQ. You can even have the refrigerator stocked with items from your grocery list (additional charge applies) upon your arrival.

***EDIT TO CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE UPCOMING SKI SEASON: In the event the Park City Mountain Resort closes as it did in March of 2020, we will honor a more flexible cancellation policy for any affected reservations. ***

My wife and I stayed here with our teenage daughters and 9 yo son. The condo was the perfect size for us with good amenities to cook meals. We enjoyed the hot tub and hot pool after skiing. It is a very short walk from the condo. Also the Eagle and First Time lifts are a very close walk and offer very quick access to the mountain. We would surely stay here again!

Annual Park City ski trip

Condo was great, nice bedrooms, beds, full kitchen, big TV in living room, nice balcony/patio facing very close lift although no view of the mountain. Locker room for the skis was very convenient, owner provided a lock, 2 humidifiers were helpful. You can walk to main base area by Payday and Cresent lifts in 5-8 minutes. We also walked o Min Street downtown in 25 minutes.

2 bedroom condo was clean and comfortable and close to slopes. Outdoor hot tub/pool was very nice although walk from building 2 was cold (but we did it every day anyway!). All information needed for access was provided ahead of time and manager responded to all questions.

Overall Great Location

Clean and convenient for skiing Park City mountain. Nice warm pool and hot tub to relax in after a long day of skiing. Only downside is loud neighbors above and next door.

Amazing stay and Excellent Location

We were there the last week in March. It was absolutely amazing. The convenience to the lifts and ease of storing equipment in the lockers was awesome. The condo itself was great! It had everything we needed and more. Not one single problem or complaint! We will definitely be coming back as Park City is my families favorite "Out West" ski destination! (It also helped that there was record snow, but we were also there the year before when it was the opposite!) Highly recommend!

Great location where you can easily ski to two chair lifts from condo to start the day.

Very nice overall expierience. I like the fact you can put your ski boots on and off in the comfort of your condo and walk easily to the elevator to the Locker Room to get the skis, walk outside and put on the skis to head for either of two lifts.

We loved our stay at the condo! The location is feet from a lift. The heated locker rooms where you store your skis overnight was so convenient. The condo was very clean and great for our needs. Communication with the property manager was top notch. Answered any questions and provided an instructional guide to amenities and suggestions for rentals, which we used for my daughter. Could not have been easier. Ski lifts are right outside the door of the locker room where we stored our skis. Very comfortable two bedroom unit. We would definitely stay again!!

This trip lived up to all expectations. The condo was perfect for our group. The ski-in and out convenience was great. The location to both grocery stores and downtown was just right. The host were super helpful and friendly. The information they sent beforehand made thing super easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone traveling to Park City. Our stay at this SnowFlower condo was exactly what we were hoping for! We are a family of 4 focused on skiing and relaxing and this condo had everything we needed in terms of comfort, amenities and convenient location. We had such great communication from Brittney before we traveled that we did not need any additional help during our stay. I cannot imagine a better experience and hope to return in the future!
