A clean and modern interior awaits as you enter the condo. Relax in front of the fireplace and flatscreen TV on comfortable furnishings, with the patio right outside of the living room. Enjoy views of the golf course and Park City Mountain from the patio while enjoying a meal or cup of coffee on the outdoor dining table, which seats up to five. There is also a private BBQ for your convenience. The kitchen is fully renovated, featuring stainless steel appliances, and offers plenty of room to cook your favorite meals while on vacation. The three bedrooms are located upstairs. The master features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also enjoys its own balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, you will find the private washer and dryer in this bedroom. The third bedroom is a loft-style room furnished with a twin-over-double bunk bed and flat-screen TV, great for the kids.

Very well appointed. Heating in much to be desired, though plenty of space heaters. Jacuzzi was never open past 5:30 PM even though advertised as open. The HOA deactivated access code. Very disappointing.

Great location, beautiful newly renovated condo, responsible owners

Basically a perfect rental for Park City: a great location for easy assess to Park City Mountain ski resort, backs up to golf course which doubles as a cross country ski course in the winter, a minute from Park City transit stop and across the street from the main super market. A well thought out recent renovation with high end finishes along with highly responsible local owners completes the picture. The only slight negative one can find is that the hot tub and sauna is in a well maintained club house 300 feet away.

Beautiful and convenient

We had a fantastic time at Mara's condo. The condo is newly remodeled, so everything was perfect. The bedding and towels were luxe. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked. There was plenty of space downstairs for our group to visit together, but one could also retreat upstairs to the bedrooms for some privacy. The condo is a close walk to a grocery store and a theatre and only a short drive to downtown Park City and Deer Valley. We didn't take the bus, but the public transportation seems convenient. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Park City!
