Step into the heart of lakeside serenity with Condo 18, perfectly positioned on the lake's edge within the scenic Timberlane Resort. This spacious condo, with its rustic charm, features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, accommodating your group or family with ease. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with two queen-size beds each, offering ample space and comfort, while the fourth bedroom is a retreat of its own, boasting a king-size bed and an in-room jacuzzi bathtub for that extra touch of relaxation. The master bedroom delights with a private balcony, offering stunning views of the lake, making every morning a picturesque experience. Right next to the beach, this condo allows for easy access to lakeside fun and relaxation. The large kitchen comes fully stocked, ensuring that meal preparation is as enjoyable as the dining. Condo #18 marries the rustic appeal of a lakeside lodge with the convenience and space needed for a comfortable, memorable stay right by the water.

RESORT AMENITIES



Guests have access to the entire condo, as well as the on-site pool (9AM-8PM, Seasonal/Weather Permitting), tennis court, basketball court, and general outdoor areas of the Resort. We provide kayaks and other small self-propelled water vessels for complementary use (first-come, first served), and pontoons are available to rent on site for your convenience May  - October.



For guests eager to tee off, our resort boasts the beautiful Bear's Den Golf Course, just a short stroll away. Tee times can be booked directly at the Lodge on site, ensuring you have the perfect opportunity to enjoy a round of golf amidst the stunning natural surroundings. Additionally, golf carts are available for rent on site, providing added ease and enjoyment during your golfing experience.





🚤OPTIONAL PONTOON RENTALS (Seasonal)



At Timberlane Resort, we offer two pontoons for guests to rent on-site from the 3rd weekend in May through the 2nd weekend of October. Our pontoons are capable of pulling tubers and feature AM/FM radio, plenty of storage, and a shade canopy so you can comfortably enjoy everything Long Lake has to offer during your stay.



IMPORTANT INFO / RULES

- A $500 damage deposit hold is required and will be placed on the card used for the rental prior to departure. The hold will be released after the rental has concluded and the pontoon has been inspected, provided no damage or other applicable charges are identified.

- The first full tank of fuel is provided.

- Guests may have the pontoon conveniently refueled by management at Timberlane Resort after the first tank (5 gallon minimum purchase required).

- Fuel is sold on-site for $6.50 per gallon.

- Please contact on-site management in advance to arrange a refueling time.

- 91 Octane fuel only. Lower grade fuel cannot be used in the pontoons. A penalty charge of $250 will apply if this rule is violated.

- Life jackets are provided onboard the pontoons.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are not permitted at the resort in order to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. Guests in violation of this policy will be subject to penalties including a $500 fine and termination of current and future reservations without refund.



ADA-recognized service animals are always welcome throughout the resort.



We request that guests with service animals inform our reservations team at the time of booking, so we can ensure the most comfortable accommodation for you and your service animal.



For the purpose of this policy, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA guidelines and are therefore not allowed within the resort.
