H2O villa is the optimum choice for a totally secluded and isolated holiday in Paros. As the villa is not part of any complex of houses, the house and all the facilities in the 2500 sqm plot (private pool, bbq, bar, terrace, garden, etc) are private and only for the exclusive use of our guests.

The nearest neighbor house is 15-20m away.

In respect of hygiene, there is always a one day gap for cleaning and disinfectant purposes. Also the villa is being cleaned in detail, with specialized disinfectants and all the linens and towels are dry cleaned.

The outdoor space is magnificent with a large private infinity swimming pool (10 meters), a shower, an outdoor W.C., a large lounge area with breathtaking sea view, a bbq, a bar by the pool and a large veranda overlooking the Aegean sea.

The concept of H2O private villa is to offer our guests their dream holidays in one of Greece's best islands. Paros is a Cycladic island with picturesque villages, blue waters, beautiful people, great food, and lots of Greek sun!!

You can also experience a lot of fun activities on the island such as, snorkeling, scuba diving, kite surfing, kite boarding, water skiing, cycling etc all in very close distances from the villa. also you can visit close by islands such as Antiparos ( just 15 min by boat) or Naxos ( 30 minutes by boat)

Night life in Paros is also a plus giving the option of different bar types. for example there are romantic bars by the sea and there are dancing clubs. So everyone can enjoy their holiday.

Traditional Greek food will just amaze you! the sea food, the fish, the amazing fruit and vegetables, the traditional dishes such as Gemista ( stuffed tomatoes) and Revithada (chickpeas slowly cooked in traditional ovens for hours) are the core of the Mediterranean cuisine, which is widely considered one of the healthiest diet worldwide. Exploring the island is great but we have prepared a detailed guide of our favorite places and experiences for our guests convenience.

But most importantly after all your fun activities, your walks in the white villages and your swimming in blue water, you can return to our villa and relax at our large sunbeds ( pool towels included) , drink a cocktail and just enjoy the beautiful sunset right in front of you.. this is our meaning of great holidays!!

We offer our guests as a gift a bottle of white wine, fresh fruits, linens, towels, pool towels,an amenities kit (shampoo, bath foam, conditioner, body lotion and soap) plus wifi, cable tv and of course we offer a lot of hospitality!!!!

Amazing Views

We loved H2O Villa in Paros. The Villa itself is gorgeous and well maintained but the exterior is what makes it unique. The pool area and outdoor seating areas are perfect and the views of the sea and sunset were incredible. We loved it and would stay there again if (when!) we return to Paros! Maria’s island guide was also incredibly helpful with great suggestions on local restaurants and things to see and do.

A wonderful spot from which discovering Paros easily

We head a great time sharing our time between wandering around on the island and resting near the swimming pool. Lots of places to discover in Paros, and thé villa is well located, it is also a safe heaven overlooking the sea when willing to rest at home A great time at H2O villa, we highly recommand it !

Beautiful Paros

The Villa enjoys stunning sea views has a wonderful pool and outdoor area. The location is good easy ro get to Naossa and Parikia etc. Stunning beachs close by too. Ferry trip to Anti Paros was easy and was enjoyed expecially by our little one adults enjoyed the lovely shops and restsurants. Maria our host was a delight to deal with a mine of infornation. Loved it.

Maria is an excellent host! She is super responsive and sent lots of recommendations for around Paros. The property is exactly as pictured. Breathtaking views and pool

High up on a hill, the villa is large and has a beautiful infinity pool that was immaculately clean. The landscaping includes gorgeous flowers and compliments the ocean and sunset views. Plenty of towels and pillows among other amenities make it a very comfortable stay with a fully stocked kitchen. You will need a car (which we had) to get into town and around the island. But if you want privacy/ no other houses within sight - then this is your house! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Small town Country Feel

We absolutely loved this VRBO! This was our first trip to Greece and if you are in search of a location that is a bit laid back with lots to do and not so touristy this is the place. I would highly recommend renting a car for convenience. Driving was easy and the countryside is beautiful. What I loved the most about the accommodations was the outdoor living space. Beautiful mornings and breathtaking sunsets.

Perfect base for a family and friends group of six people to enjoy Paros and Antiparos for five days prior to boarding a yacht charter to explore the Cyclades Islands. Close to main town of Paroikia for restaurants and shops - regular visitors to Tserkis for breakfast. Short drive to Naoussa at the north end of Paros for exceptional dining and bustling atmosphere. Villa was clean, modern, comfortable, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax. A rental car is strongly recommended.

What a beautiful place to stay in Paros!!

We stayed for a week early July at Maria’s home and we just fell in love with it. It felt like home right away, the views of the infinity pool are superb, the kids spent a lot of time at the pool and we enjoyed the sunset. The location is also great, close to Paros port, easy drive to Naoussa and Alyki. We took two fantastic boat trips, one in the south of Paros and another around Antiparos. We were sad to leave! Maria was fantastic to communicate with and very responsive. Thanks so much for a great stay!

8 Days at H2O Villa

Had a wonderful stay at Maria’s property. Communication was excellent. The house and property was as described. Maria was very helpful with everything. Outdoor bbq was excellent. The pool is relaxing and beautiful. Great views of western sea of Paros. Maria was attentive when we had maintenance issues and she corrected them quickly. Her Paros guide book was very useful. Will def stay again!

Great villa as advertised

Everything in the villa was advertised. Spotless house when we arrived and amazing outdoor dining areas and pool. House is well situated between town, local shops, and the airport/ferry dock towards the south. Maria was very quick to respond to any issue over text via the Vrbo app, and was very accommodating/understanding, especially since we had a sick child that threw up over one of the beds in the middle of the night. This was our first experience in Greece and we’ll definitely come back!

Perfect House for Vacation in Paros

The photos report well the house and its ocean view (including the close by Parosporos beach). The property is spacious with a large outdoor area, grill and a 10 x 5 pool. It is a new construction and everything is immaculate. Kitchen is well equipped to cook. Needless to say, the perfect house for vacation in Paros. The owner is a lovely person and communication cannot be easier. We will definitely come back.

We could have stayed at the H2O Villa forever! We had the loveliest time. George and Maria were kind, accommodating and thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The location and views are amazing, beds are comfortable and pool is crystal clear. There is a fantastic beach club right down the street with an amazing beach and great food and drinks for a relaxing day. We rented a car, Vespa and buggies to explore the island in different ways. Kite surfing is a short ride as is the ferry to Antiparos and the world’s best gelato (Vickys). We cannot say enough good things. Thanks for an amazing week! Your house is lovely.

A Six star rating!!! The house is more beautiful than the photos!!!

The owner of the home was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Starting with wonderful treats when we arrived to ensuring we took advantage of the Easter festivities. The photos are undersell the spectacular view and openness of the house and space. Each bedroom was beautifully appointed with full bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped so if you are inclined - cooking is easy and wonderful here. It's one of the first places we have stayed that has the option to have screens so you can leave doors open and NO mosquitos! We grilled fish and seafood outside and really wished our daughter and friends could have joined us as the view and pool area is amazing complete with outdoor shower and bathroom! They even provided beach chairs and umbrella. It's truly amazing. The gardener dropped off fresh eggs and vegetables twice! We didn't want to leave and will be back. Perhaps for many it's important to note though close to the main road, we didn't hear or see ANY cars. We felt a million miles away yet so close to Aliki, Parikia and beaches. A wonderful location. It's clear the owners put love and good design into the home but it's not so precious that you worry about using the space. It's perfect for families or couples and we worked remotely and the wifi was wonderful and consistent. The house is wonderful and the owners could not have been more responsive or generous.
