The front desk service was awesome. The person that day was great and super helpful. That is where the good part ends. The location is tired and appears to be used as temporary housing. The room was tired and in rough shape. I could see that an attempt was made to clean the room, as best as could be done. The body odor smell was overpowering. The furniture was worn out, the tv an afterthought. Just not good. We immediately left, less than 5 minutes in the room. Pictures are very misleading as this might have been at a better time. The parking lot had cars that seemed to be storage locations. Again when we decided to leave the host was awesome even refunding our money. I wrote to the manager to share the awesome customer experience - but that could not save the dismal property.
