The spacious living and dining area measures 45 m2 and serves as the heart of the apartment, offering direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. An entrance hall welcomes you upon arrival, leading seamlessly into the various living spaces. 2 of the bedrooms are each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each is equipped with its own private shower and WC. The third bedroom features a larger French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with a dedicated shower and WC. A fourth shower and WC is available separately, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for all guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrates naturally into the living space, completing a thoughtfully designed interior layout.
