This home is beautiful, inside and out! We had birthday treats and wishes, and even toys for our dog waiting for us when we walked in. Inside and outside were both exceptionally clean, nicely appointed and totally comfortable. The many seating areas outside are each delightful in their own way. And the special surprise is the charming “Tree House”

. Perfect for viewing sunset and sipping a glass of wine. The views are beautiful, and the ambience and privacy are real treats. We look forward to returning to this wonderful gem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. The house and property were wonderful and our visits from Sawyer (a beautiful sweet golden) was a wonderful way to start our day. The house was just as pictured and described on site and the fairy house was absolutely a dream. The location was perfect. Our only regret is that we didn't get to spend more time on property. We are looking forward to our next vacation in Paso and we would definitely book Bella vista in the future.

Stunning setting!! Love the views from the expansive windows 
 beauty all around. Great amount of seating areas, yard games, and the treehouse was a pleasant surprise. Paso is a great little town! Thank you for the comfy accommodations. Also, water pressure was top notch :)

Clean, modern and quiet. Hilltop seclusion with beautiful view yet minutes to town center. We enjoyed our daily visits from Sawyer and the deer. Somewhat whimsical with ample seating areas. We loved the outdoor games. Hope to visit again soon. Thank you to the excellent host.

Don’t want to leave the house

Great place. Relaxing and has it all views to die for. Everything plus inside and out. You can feel the love and effort that went into this home. Beds to firm for me and prefer a larger bed king but would not stop me from going back.outstanding. Only negative I didn’t want to go to my event and leave.

Peaceful gorgeous property with perfect customer care!!!

This property lived up to its pictures, description, and other reviews and THEN some. I can’t explain how beautiful the orchards with blossoms are. This is a perfect house for warm connections with friends and family. We all slept so well and spent hours sipping coffee or lemonade in all the cozy indoor and outdoor spaces laughing and relaxing. Lisa, the property manager, could not have been better. I would absolutely come back next year. Beautiful photos and great memories. Thank you!

Amazing Stay

This may be our favorite stay ever! The house is very well designed with every amenity needed. The host was amazing in ensuring we had cake pans, birthday napkins & a birthday crown for our celebration. The welcome wine bottle was greatly appreciated! A little slice of heaven

We were so happy here! If you're lucky enough to have the chance to book this home, I highly recommend it. It's so peaceful. I loved how we felt like we were in the middle of nature, but we were only 5 minutes away from town. The home is pristine, super comfortable and well-equipped. The management company was very friendly and responsive and made the check-in process seamless. I'd come back to Paso Robles again just to stay in this home.

Great stay!

Bella Vista was a great place for a quick family Paso getaway. The hilltop location is very private and quiet. The driveway is shared with a small operating mushroom farm next to the house but it didn't bother us at all. The house is newer construction and very spacious with lots of windows/doors for natural light and to appreciate the views. Comfortable beds, everything you'll need in the kitchen & baths, and lots of little extra touches. Large outdoor spaces with beautiful trees and landscaping and different areas to sit and relax. Like others have said, the little detached treehouse was a bonus. Its a great place to cozy up and enjoy the sunset. Thank you for a great stay!

Thanksgiving with Family

This property was perfect for family meeting for Thanksgiving from both northern and southern California. Bella Vista has wonderful views of almond orchards and vineyards with multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy the vistas. The property is well-furnished, was scrupulously clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen. We would happily stay there again.

Amazing well thought out home! We rented this home to celebrate a fortieth birthday weekend! From the moment we stepped onto the property, it was truly Bella Vista! That swing was chef’s kiss! Once inside, we were so pleased to see the open space concept. Made the home feel so spacious! The little house in the back was such a fantastic add! Location is so close to downtown, yet you feel like you’re in a remote area as well. Thank you for making our first trip to Paso Robles so memorable!

Exceeds Expectations

Our check-in was seamless, the house was beautiful, and the views from the property were absolutely breathtaking! My mom, sister, and I had a girls weekend in Paso, our very first, and were delighted to be welcomed with a bottle of wine. We enjoyed delicious dinners in the the well-stocked kitchen, cozy evenings on the super comfy couch, and foggy mornings curled up in front of the fire pit. The "tree house" is not posted in the listing pictures, so we weren't sure what to expect when we arrived. It's really closer to a Harry Potter-themed playhouse, but the heater, club chairs, and view made it one of our favorite spots on the property! We were also so grateful to the owner for letting us know when a couple of elk wandered to the top of the driveway as well.. Paso quickly became a favorite of ours and we absolutely will be staying at Bella Vista again.

Great location, spacious main living area for family ...

The main living area was so spacious, we were quick to relax and unwind. The location was great for us, just outside of town, feeling rural but fast to get to the market or downtown when needed. Mobile service was great! The location is very quiet which is just what we wanted... We scheduled a tour at mushroom farm nearby
 What a treat, so informative and interesting (we bought kits to take home and grow our own). The natural light though out the house was much appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was clean, gased and ready to go!

Perfect Vacation in Paso

This property is one of the most well-appointed and pristine homes we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you would have at home and more to prepare meals. We also appreciated the copious amounts of dishes, glasses and coffee mugs for our family of 6. We opted to spend way more time than we had planned at the house due to its great vibes. From the stylish decor and ample seating areas to the comfortable bedding and modern bathrooms, this house exceeded our expectations in every way. We are looking forward to many more vacations here!
