Welcome to Prancing Deer! Bring your family and friends to this fully remodeled and stylish 4 BR property minutes away from some of the best wineries in Paso Robles!

Amazing location, full amenities and TWO Kitchens and Masters to provide privacy and space for your whole group! And with a sleeping capacity of 11 and a gorgeous game room and spacious outdoor space/ views you can't go wrong!!

Close to town but very private and peaceful

You get the whole house! The property is located off a dirt road which gives it its country charm. Please ensure you drive under 15 mph to keep the dust down.

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking plentiful for multiple vehicles in the driveway and front of house. Can fit livestock trailers, too! No street parking allowed.

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

The neighborhood is an ideal county setting. Warm nights and valley views are sure to but you in a state of relaxation.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room, master bedroom, and game room so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control.

Please remember that we are in the country, snakes and other rodents and insects are around. We do our very best to keep them as far away from the house as possible with recurring pest control from a reputable company, but they are still present at times. Your safety is very important to us. There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and out. Please leave doors closed at all times.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

The house was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The common area in the backyard was inviting with plenty of chairs around the firepit and a nice long table with many chairs for sitting around or dining. The views from the property is absolutely beautiful! Having all the farm animals nearby was fun. Never used the hottub. The house was a bit further out from downtown Paso, but once we got our bearings, it was fine. All of us agreed that each of us would return and refer this beautiful home to others. Thank you Megan!!

House was nice until the last morning. Flushed a toilet and the sewage backed up into the shower. Tried another toilet and still was not able to flush. We all had to leave early, with no shower, since we did not have any working toilets to use. We were a little surprised that we were not compensated for this. It was pretty inconvenient. Just received an apology. Disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at Megan’s place! The property was spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, peaceful and tucked away in the country, yet still close to wineries, Paso Robles, and everywhere we wanted to go.Megan was a fantastic host, responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. We especially loved the well-stocked kitchen, relaxing jacuzzi, cozy fire pit, fun game room, and the gorgeous setting. The sunsets were truly spectacular.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
