Our room was comfortable, clean, large enough, well maintained. The exterior is old but clean with nice parking, ice, quiet. Very nice shower, clean bathroom.

Decent stay - no frills but safe and clean

Check in was easy and front desk was friendly. There is a soda machine and ice machine near the front office. There is a pool but we did not swim - too cold. The room was clean but there were some slight issues. First, if your key is near your cell phone it completely deletes your key. Just frustrating when slipping a key in a pocket quickly and then realizing your phone is there. Second, the thermostat wall unit kept reading error so I couldn't adjust the heat. Thankfully the weather was nice but still odd I couldn't adjust the temp. Finally, the Wi-Fi and TV is a bit off. Couldn't seem to keep Wi-Fi connected to stream via the Smart TV and when I used my computer it was a very slow connection. But this place is definitely clean and safe if you plan to just use the hotel to sleep. This was all I needed on the trip so it was definitely serviceable. Location was also very good - not far from some shopping, the highway, and downtown is just down Spring Street. So many Paso hotels keep upping prices - $200+ a night and they aren't special. So this hotel was worth the stay.

While the room is not huge it is priced very well and a great value. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable and sleep like a rock something that does not happen in most places I stay. On my next trip back it will be at the top of the list.

The hotel operators were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for us, clean with plenty of space. The bathroom had only a shower, no tub, but that was fine with me. The location and parking are convenient. It is not far from downtown by car, but perhaps a bit far to walk.

REALLY comfortable bed . Like the ones you typically see at high end hotels . Mostly updated rooms with the ability to park outside your door is key. I travel frequently from Seattle to California via auto and this place is perfect for that . The restaurants around the Cielo is also very good.

Needs a proper renovation

We were on the second floor the window was a louvre style window that did nothing to block sound out. Being at the top of the stairs everyone walking past to their rooms chatting at all hours. The room was quite noisy. The blind is broken and just falls down unless you tightly wind the chain to hold it in place however the blind is too small for the window so doesn’t even stop people seeing into your room. Looks like it underwent some kind of slight rejuvenation but you can tell it was on a tight budget hence the blind that doesn’t cover the whole window. The bed was comfy enough. Air conditioner is powered by a jet engine so enjoy sleeping with that whirring next to you.

The lady who was at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. If you are looking to stay in Paso and the hotel is not part of the experience- I highly recommend this motel . It serves its purpose to us and we would stay here again .
