property is in a very quite place. hardly anyone at the beach. the ocean is very shallow here, I walked al 400 yards out and water never got above my knee. LOL more people at swimming pool than beach. 15 minutes to Gulfport, easy to get around area. Only condo all the way to Biloxi that is located on beach

Perfect Vacation

The condo was well-equipped and in fantastic condition. It was very clean. We had the best time at the pool and enjoyed the access to the beach. We saw many beautiful sunsets! Will absolutely want to stay here again!

Was great last year, this year not so much. BEWARE!

Wondering if I should even leave a review Ray? The condo was left cleaner than we found it, our reservation date was screwed up from the beginning, compared to what was agreed upon, we really liked your condo and the area. And me, my wife, and mother loved our stay May of 2023, I'm not aware of any damage this year at all. But hey it is what it is. I don't know what went on here but there was a serious lack of communication. After the review you left, you can't trust us, we won't stay again, what's crazy is the review you left last year of us was great and so was ours of your property. We always tried to respect your place and the contents. Either way nice doing business with you. We washed dishes that were already suppossedly cleaned, were told from our last year stay that we had a 20% discount coming, which we were later told by the owner that it was a extra day, so we were all about it. Well I got worried to death by the owner the whole week about the promised extra day, when I needed to be out and reminded him multiple times of our agreement, and yeah I have messages to prove that as well. I think all this stems from the owner promising the 20% discount/extra day and either he not communicating it to the hotel or cleaning person or both, which made everything more difficult, and lack luster on there part. But beyond all the short comings this round we did have a nice stay, not because of the readiness or cleaniness of the room. Or the aggregious lack of communication.

This was the third year I’ve stayed at this wonderful condo. I love the secluded area, gated property and covered parking. Close to New Orleans, Gulfport, and Biloxi. Ray is very responsive to any questions. I love staying here and plan on being back next year.

Great Property

This was our second year at this property. We love and condo and the area. Ray is a great property owner. He makes sure you are informed about his condo and condo is fully stocked. I will definitely return at some point. Thanks Ray for making this property available for rent.

Family Vacation

The property was very pleasing and the condo was even more amazing. Ray was a great host. If I had a question I would call and he would answer and help me right away. We will defiantly stay there again. The condo is so quite and peaceful. Loved the covered parking and the fact that is right by the beach. Everyone on the property was very friendly. So if you are looking for a peaceful vacation in Coastal Mississippi this is the condo for you. My mother in law came on this vacation with us and she loved sitting on the balcony every morning with her tea, just enjoying the view. We were there for 8 nights and the price was a great deal for summer rates.

BSL getaway

This was our second time staying and I love it so much. Ray is a great host, very easy to communicate with and the Condo is an absolute gem! I want to make it an annual event to come here. So peaceful, quiet, gated and secure. New Orleans, Gulfport and Biloxi are not far away of you want a day trip somewhere. My favorite spot is having coffee on the balcony watching the sun come up over the Gulf ❀

Couldn't ask for a better Vacation Spot!

Super clean, decor was awesome. Ray is a superb owner, made sure everything was top notch. Beautiful 2 bedroom condo, with a master bath that was also fantastic. Shelves, pantry, laundry room and bathroom were well stocked. Had beach chairs and plenty of pillows and extra sheets. Up to date on the tech as well, with the wifi, smart tv's and touchscreen thermostat. Very comfy and cozy, cant wait to stay again. The property also has a beautiful pool and surrounding, great view of the beach and ocean. 5 to 6 minutes to Bay St. Louis, and 20 or so minutes to Gufport, and a hour from New Orleans. This room is LITERALLY what you see in the photos, cant say that for everwhere we have stayed. Cant wait to get back to Pass Christian very soon! Thanks again Ray!

Relaxing & Quiet Vacation

The property was just as described with nice firm beds, plenty of towels, every needed item within condo, exquisite decorating and a shower to die for. The owner was very responsive to all our needs and even checked in with us during the week to see how things were going. Ray was a pleasure to talk to. The beach and pool area was clean, quiet and amazing. We had a great time at this unit and hope to visit again in the future.

Winter getaway

This was the perfect place to wait out the end of winter up north. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Ray was very nice to work with and sincerely wanted to make sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. The whole facility was clean and well maintained. We liked that the area was quiet and had more of a small town feel. We definitely hope to return!

My husband and I were new to this area and found our stay so relaxing. The condo was decorated beautifully and the shower in the master, was one of the best I’ve had while away from home. Hidden gem!

We stayed a week at this condo. It’s a beautiful place in a super quiet area. The beach is pretty and wide. We stayed in October so we did not get into the ocean or the pool. The grounds were clean and beautiful! Our condo had everything we needed! The master bathroom shower is awesome!! It’s got a great veranda to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on. Ray was very easy to communicate with and very nice! We hope to stay here again the next time we’re in Mississippi for Crusin the Coast!

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing time at Mr. Rays condo. The location was great and has direct access to the uncrowded beach. The property is very secure with passcode protected gates/ access. The saltwater pool was a nice addition to our beach vacation for those days we didn’t want to deal with the sand and toting all the kid stuff. The condo was nicely decorated and quiet. The place was very welcoming and homey. Mr. Ray made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again!! An extra added bonus for us: I was able to rent another condo in the complex for my mom and sister to join us on our little vacation.

Gorgeous, fully equipped condo. Ray is absolutely precious and answered any questions we had. We stayed a week and would definitely love to go back. So relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the sun come up with a cup of coffee. Loved that it is pretty secluded, gated and had covered parking.

Unbelievable

Very quiet location. Pictures don't do it justice. The place is big and the beach is amazing. You almost have it to yourself. One of the best rentals I have stayed at, in the last 20 years. You won't be disappointed. Ray is great at communicating right away.

Beautiful remote beach condo

Found this gem and so glad we did. We stay at condos twice a year and none of them have been this well stocked. There were ample kitchen supplies- we cook a lot. View of the pool was stunning. Both bedrooms were comfortable and well decorated. Beds/couches were very comfortable. Washer and dryer were so convenient. So nice to have your own parking spot and extras if your group has more vehicles. Exercise room was bomb. Had everything the gym does including a pully weight system. Pool was gorgeous and large enough to accomodate many kids. Beach was exceptional as this is a more remote location without a lot of touristy things. If you want a quieter area this is for you! Ventured to St Louis Bay and Gulfport for dinner a few nights, just a short drive. Owner is very responsive and courteous, wanting to make sure your stay is great! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Relaxing beach

We had a nice relaxing family vacation. The condo is on a nice quiet beach and was well stocked to meet our needs and wants. The one disappointment was the heat wasn't working on the pool. This time of year that would have been a great amenity and it sounds like it hasn't been working for a long time. I wish we knew that before we went.

Relax at Inn by the Sea

We had a wonderful month long stay at Ray’s condo. It was so comfortable and filled with all the amenities our family/friends could need. The beautiful, uncrowded beach was so handy and relaxing. We love the Mississippi Gulf Coast and staying in this condo complex is one of the reasons why. Ray is such a gentleman and a delightful person to work with!! We would highly recommend.
