The breakfast is very repetitive and could do with some variety. There is NO ENGLISH TEA, I repeat, NO ENGLISH TEA… this is not a drill. I have never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t serve standard tea. Also, there is no complimentary drinks in the room AT ALL! This is unheard of since 40 years ago and should be a basic requirement within a 4 star hotel.

I generally love the AZZ hotels and Spa. They have everything I always wanted in a great hotel. Clean, good locations, affordable, fantastic breakfast, one a kind Spa facility, great staff and spacious rooms. When I travel in Europe I try to stay in AZZ hotels if available.

The stay was ok. The bed was too firm for me. The WiFi worked on and off. Pool was small. Be careful with the elevator door. It’ll take an arm off. There’s no sensor.

This was one of our worst experience of a stay in a 4 star hotel. The room, the lift, the garage..... nearly everything zwas dirty, dusty, many old stuff (shower 🚿).... so that we felt more than uncomfortable. The beer in the "fridge" was warm and undrinkable. Coming out from the lift the people of the reception had no word to say "hello" or something similar. So we didn't felt welcome. The lady at the breakfast reception had been friendly.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They go out of their way to make this the best they can despite the limitations of the property. The owners needs to invest in upgrades to this property (example hallway carpeting is dirty and stained and fixtures in the room are scratched and worn.

La stanza non era pulitissima ma il letto era comodo. Il dispenser del doccia schiuma al nostro arrivo venerdì era vuoto ed è rimasto vuoto nonostante sia stata rifatta la stanza. Abbiamo chiesto in reception e il ragazzo gentilmente ce l’ho ha portato. Consiglierei alla donna delle pulizie di avere un po’ più di attenzione. Abbiamo cenato in hotel e la cena è stata super

I really enjoyed the room! It's a great spot for couples on vacation. You can walk to nearby restaurants for some great coffee and food. Also, take time to engage with the locals— full of helpful information.
