It is much better to stay at this serviced apartment than the hotel because of much lower room rate, as we are large studio with Smart TV (to watch your Netflix) and with kitchenneth only (microwave, dish sink but not stove for cooking).

The strengths of this serviced apartment are:

1. Location location and location: it is only 30 steps to Patong white sand beach, similar to all 5-star hotels like the Four Points Hotel and the Grace Land Hotel (we are next to both of these hotels).
2. We are located on the 6th floor, where you can see Patong Beach partially from the balcony only (not from the bedroom) and it is only 1 floor walking up to the most beautiful rooftop swimming pool and gym with good equipment and nice bar.
3. It is a large studio with a bathtub plus separate shower room.
4. We do provide office armchairs for you to work online, so you can make this apartment to be Worktation.
5. We do have strong WiFi from the building in all areas, including private WIFI router in the room. Plus the best Cable channels for international tourists such as Bbc, Cnn, Super Sport, Golf, Hbo, Cartoon Network, Nhk, Bvn Netherland, Aljazeera, Kbs Korea, Russian, Cctv, Tvs French, Dw Germany, Channel V Asia, Mv Music And Other Channels,
6. We do provide Espresso Coffee Machine with free coffee powder for you to enjoy all-day coffee during your online working,
7. Very comfortable mattress of King size bed and Single bed, 2 beds will be set up for couple, in case, you prefer to sleep separately, in view of age (just like me and my wife) and this second bed is comfortable for 3rd guest to stay together. Please put right number of guests to be stayed in your booking.
8. You will be well taken care of by me and our reception/team member if you need help at any time. Plus a love from our family.

What are not provided it during your stay:
1. We do not provide daily cleaning. However, you can buy this service at Reception at a very reasonable fee of Thb749, which includes cleaning and change linens and towels.
2. We do not serve breakfast, but you can buy buffet breakfast from the restaurant (please check with reception for an update price), which is a very reasonable price for the Patong area.
3. We do not refill daily stuff such as tissue, drinking water bottles (we have installed top quality water filter with mineral water output for your free drinking water during your stay).

This is a modern, air-conditioned condo measuring 49 sq. m (530 sq. feet) and furnished with a king-size bed and an additional single bed (the 3rd person will pay an extra fee, please do put the right number of guests). You can see Patong beach partially from the balcony only, not directly from the beds or from inside the room. However, it is considered a beachfront project. One floor up, you will find Infinity swimming pool with sea view of Patong beach.

It is located 30 meters to Patong Beach, similar to all 5 stars, Four Point Hotel, as we are located next to it. The location is very Prime Prime Prime,so no other listing in Patong can compare to this, in view of location.

This porch serviced apartment is located on the 6th floor, walking one floor up to the swimming pool/gym and within walking distance to many shops, bars, and restaurants, such as 7-11, starbuck and others. It is a perfect location, and to enjoy your stay with all entertainment such as Infinity rooftop swimming pool, rooftop professional gym, and 5 star resort service quality. Why spend a lot of money to stay at 5 star hotel? It is much better to stay at our place with lower room rate.

The king-size bed has a super comfortable mattress and high-quality linens for a restful sleep. The furnished balcony is a great spot to enjoy the pleasant breeze and tropical views from our property. This studio can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests.

The location of the property is highly functional as well as convenient. It is only a two minutes walk from the spectacular Patong beach with white sand and warm water. It is easy to access and enjoy the nearby eateries, yet it provides a private enclave from the busy city centre to enjoy your well-deserved holidays without any disruption.

Located at the heart of Phuket, Patong has gorgeous bay backed by lush mountains with multiple choices of shopping, dining, nightlife, and entertainment all at a walking distance. The Junceylon Shopping Mall and Bangla Road walking street is only a 10-minutes walk away, superb golf courses, luxury marinas and the historic Old Town are within 20 minutes drive and the airport is approximately 45 minutes from our property.

We have all appliances for your needs such as refrigerator, kettle, microwave, dishes washer sink, utensils and others.

We will arrange 1 King Size bed and 1 single bed. The room price is for 2 people and if you want to stay 3 people, there will be a fee for 3rd person, please do book correct number of guests. We do provide cleaned room only, no breakfast, no daily cleaning.

Patong is about a 45-minute taxi ride away from Phuket International Airport. There are a multitude of travel options including local buses, taxis or mini buses to transfer you from the airport. There are also plenty of international car hire firms operating at the airport.

You can check-in easily with the 24-hour reception staff at the Resort (the check-in system will be same as 5-star hotel with sign the check-in form and secure your stay with credit card for any damage to the public area or foods and drinks consumption at restaurant and Sky bar). Please read the reviews to alleviate any concerns you may have. The reception staff at the Resort will also assist you in motorbike or car rentals plus anything else you may require (transport, tickets, tours etc.).

The Resort has a full-time staff that you may contact for any requests and any issues of the room problem, especially at night time. The owner and his staff are also local, easy to contact and happy to help anytime of the day, except late night.

The servicapartment is in Patong beachfront, Phuket’s most popular beach and home to vibrant nightlife, great shopping, and high-class international and local cuisine. Bars, restaurants, markets and massage shops are all in the vicinity. The apartment can accommodate upto 3 people, please do put right number of guests, as there is extra charge on third person staying together on second bed. The apartment is kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator and utensils. Heavy cooking is not available.

All destinations in Patong are within walking distance. There are also many transport options available. You may either rent a car or a motorbike (reception at the Resort can assist you) or hail one of many local taxis to explore further afield. Walking to Jung Celyon Shopping Center or Banzaan Fresh market at 1.2kms.
