Estate House, situated in the exclusive Beverly Hills area of Pattaya approximately 300 meters from the sea. This luxury home offers an incomparable living experience with a combination of 5 bedrooms, drawing / dining room, private pool, gym & Wi-Fi.
This is a very large space with it's own Gym / Swimming Pool and Solar hot water tub (dependant upon the sun) complete with Snooker and ping pong tables. There is a Thai kitchen additional to the main kitchen. This property is the biggest available on Phratamnak Hill and is very central. We have fiber optic connected wifi.
