Great hotel for a great deal

As a single traveler it was good. Had everything that I wanted in a budget hotel. Walking distance from things that I wanted to do. The front desk was extremely friendly and always greeted me when I came in. Mai always smiled and helped me when I had questions. Will stay again when in the area.

Recent stay at retox

Check in was horrendous , 20 minutes waiting in a bar full of men with my wife and daughter. No where to sit other than a pool table. The staff were preoccupied with other customers which is understandable, but usually the hotel customers take some priority at other small hotels we’ve stayed in. Once we were dealt with and got th keys the lady checking us in was great. And the rooms were fine , nothing special but I knew that when I booked . It was just a last minute booking when our plans changed after and already bad day of traffic. Had a few pints in the bar later and 4 breakfast in the morning . Excellent food . And would probably stay again .

The hotel is close to the main attractions and has a nice pizza spot nearby. However, there is partying all day/night. Stay if you want to party and get professional working gals. Don’t stay if you want peace/ quiet.

Pretty Decent accommodation

Good location - it’s based on soi lengkee, central to a lot of bars. Great value breakfast only 99baht for 2 sausage, 2 eggs, bacon, black pudding, fried bread, toast, bean, OJ and tea or coffee. Room was clean, a little noise from bar but ok quiet enough to sleep.

retox honest review

l stay at the retox all the time. its not perfect but nothing is. beds are unbelievable for asia. wifi is good. quite clean. good staff. Downside no lift. Can be noisy downstairs at times.
