In one of the most evocative scenarios of the lower Salento, the Scialandre Complex stands out, a sea view complex consisting of three apartments, two two-room apartments on the ground floor and a three-room apartment with a large terrace on the first floor. This unique complex is located along the coast road that winds from Santa Maria di Leuca towards the white beaches of the Maldives of Salento.
The structure on the first floor, Casa Scialandre, enjoys a surprising sea view that almost embraces the entire Marina di San Gregorio. The apartment is characterized by its suggestive terrace overlooking the sea, from where it is possible to admire the renowned Bay of San Gregorio, famous for its fabulous sunsets, and to breathe the scents of a Mediterranean scrub that almost envelops the entire outdoor space. The gazebo, deck chairs, barbecue and solar outdoor shower (with hot water thanks to the panels), allow you to experience this environment in total relaxation and in harmony with the surrounding nature. In front of the house there is a further veranda with a comfortable table from where you can admire the sea. The house, in fact, has a double entrance, both lateral from the terrace and front from the balcony.
Inside, the house has a living room with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen (also with dishwasher), a comfortable sofa and TV. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and mosquito nets on the windows. Finally, two bathrooms: one small service and the other complete with all services except the bidet. On the terrace there is a storage room where there is the washing machine.
The villa enjoys a privileged position because being on a slight promontory (it is higher than the coast road that leads from Leuca to the beaches of Pescoluse) it offers a unique and panoramic view over almost the entire Bay of San Gregorio and also allows you to move easily. from one side to the other. About 150 meters from the house there is also a small path, with stone steps, which leads directly to one of the two beautiful bays made of pebbles.
The solution is ideal for groups of families and friends. In fact, the entire complex together with the two small two-room apartments on the ground floor can accommodate up to 12 people.
Bike rental is recommended for beautiful excursions along the fascinating coast road.
