Collins Creek - Pawleys South End with dock

Collins Creekhouse - Creekfront on Pawleys Island with spectacular views of the saltwater creek and marsh. This home has 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths and a large screened porch overlooking the creek. Located in the Bird's Nest Section of the island, this home has a private creek dock, and it is a short walk to the beach. Updates and renovations have been made throughout this home, and it has been professionally furnished and decorated. Vaulted ceiling in the main living areas, fireplace, renovated kitchen with breakfast bar, hardwood floors throughout, and tile floors in the bathrooms. This home is equipped with Central AC/Heat, Ceiling Fans, Fireplace, Screened Porch, Cable TV, DVD, Internet, Creek Dock, Outside Shower, Covered Parking.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Beach Gear Included - Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit per week. Enjoy having VayKLife deliver to your property beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, boogie boards, and more for stays from 5-21 nights.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.

Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking and No Pets.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

Great House, Great Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Collins Creek. The walk to the beach was just enough to get some steps in, but not too far. And the sunsets from the porch were stunning. While we did encounter some issues during the week, the Dieter Company was very responsive to our needs and got things resolved in a hurry. And the boardwalk to the creek dock which was taken out in 2022 by Hurricane Ian had not been fixed, so that was a bummer. That needs to be fixed asap because it shows as being accessible on the website. I would also suggest that there be more direction on the TV set up and all of the remotes provided. Overall, we would for sure rent Collins Creek again.

We Had An Awesome Stay!

My Family and I have vacationed at Pawleys all of our lives and mostly stayed on the north side. So I was a little nervous about a different home on a different part of the island. We could not have been more happy with everything...the view from the screened end porch was spectacular and in my opinion one of the best on the island. The dock was also nice and had ample space to fish and unwind. The location of the home is nice because its sort of secuded and had many trees around it. The home appears to be recently remodeled inside. My Wife loved the kitchen because it had soo many appliances, pots, and pans available. The bedrooms were well maintained. The bathrooms were not huge but still had ample room. Outside we also had grills available which we used several evenings. We were also impressed with the realty company. They were easy to work with and all the linens and towels were available inside the home. The only thing one may want to add is a TV in the master bedroom. Several of the bedrooms had TVs. Having one in the master bedroom would be nice. Overall we give it an A+ and will certainly look to rent it in the future!

Take away beach enjoyment. Like Litchfield beach better.
