THREE NIGHT MINIMUM ON ALL RESERVATIONS DUE TO HOA OCCUPANCY RULES

Pawleys' Pearl is a top floor unit. It is quiet and peaceful, and the perfect sanctuary for when you want to disconnect and recharge from the excitement the area offers. This unit has been completely repainted from ceiling to floor; and boasts new LED light fixtures and ceiling fans throughout. All windows have been fitted with new plantation shutters. The vaulted ceiling ensures a feeling of spaciousness. The family room TV is a new 55” LG Smart TV, wall mounted on a full motion mount. The kitchen has been updated with all new Samsung¼ stainless steel appliances, all new small appliances including an air fryer, as well as new cookware, utensils and beach themed dinnerware. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing a quick, intimate brunch, to a multi-course family meal. Small Keurig as well as regular coffee maker in unit.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a new Saatva¼ luxury mattress, an LG 42 inch smart HD TV with a full motion wall mount. A private screened porch is accessible from master bedroom. The Master Bath has been upgraded with a new glass shower door, new towel rods, vanity fixture and LED lighting. The large walk-in closet is located off the Master Bathroom. The second bedroom features a quality King bed and Samsung¼ 32” TV. The twin bedroom has two twin luxury mattresses, and a pack-n-play. It has a 32” Samsung TV with a full motion wall mount. The guest bathroom has a tub with shower, with new curtain and towel rods, as well as new light and vanity fixtures. The laundry closet with full size washer and dryer is located in the Guest Bathroom behind bi-fold doors.

The private screened porch boasts a new cushioned swing, ceiling fan, electric grill, and all-weather rug. While located, on the fairway, your privacy is assured by a natural area with a variety of trees and shrubs. The porch may be accessed by either the family room or master bedroom.

The True Blue Golf Course is located on a former rice and indigo planation. Its’ rolling terrain and native vegetation make it one of the most spectacular settings in golf. Golf magazine ranked True Blue as one of the top 100 courses to play in 2014. It has also been ranked among the top 25 in the South by Golf Digest.

True Blue also boasts the Steve Dresser Golf Academy, and is one of America’s most awarded golf schools. Golf Magazine has listed it among the top 25 schools in the nation.

True Blue features 4 pools and hot tubs, tennis, dining and super 5 minutes to the beach. Guests also have access to Huntington Beach State park pass during their stay as an added bonus!

This property has a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

Great vacation rental

Had a wonderful week in pawleys island staying with tidelife vacation rentals with two college friends. Our condo was clean and on a wonderful resort. We enjoyed visiting the pool, beach, and just resting and relaxing.would highly recommend!

A great property in a relaxing and quiet area

Nice property, the owner thought of everything: including games in the family room and laundry baskets in each closet to make it home away from home. There is however a need for the sofas to be deep cleaned for stains. I had to do some minor cleaning, sweeping and wiping down furniture: nothing major. Our sink in the master bedroom was clogged so I sent an email and a plumber was sent out the next day. I unfortunately was not made aware they were coming and so my son turned the plumber away because he did not know. I sent an email explaining that but no one responded so we dealt with a clogged sink for the remainder of our stay. I am sure it is unclogged now. The only other issue is we went to the beach and when we returned our door was ajar which spooked us; nothing was missing All in all it is a great property for couples, family or friends

Property was extremely nice just as pictures showed. Master bedroom foundation was very squeaky and noisy and made it a little difficult to sleep. Perfectly located close to the beach. A lot of mosquitos. Probably just the excessive amount of rain that we had. Probably the best place we stayed at in Myrtle Beach

Beautiful Condo

The condo was absolutely wonderful. The location and cleanliness was everything you could ask for. The only issue I had was with the listing. I was down for my daughter’s birthday and had five teenagers with me. I was not informed prior to coming that the pools would be closed. It was a very windy weekend which made it impossible to be on the beach due to the sand. It was hard to find ways to entertain the kids since there was not a pool available. I did not want to take the kids to any indoor tourist locations due to Covid. My plan was for them to stay at the pools or on the beach for the weekend and neither were an option. Had I known prior I would have selected another location with there pools open. I understand the risk, but renters should have full knowledge of any changes to the amenities listed . However they did provide a pass to Huntington State Park which gave us an opportunity to explore a little with the beach was not an option.

Pawleys Island Paradise

Pawleys Pearl was just as wonderful as we had hoped. The property was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. The beds were great, and our family loved the back porch and porch swing. The neighborhood was very quiet while we were there. The free state park pass to Huntington Beach was awesome! It was a wonderful, clean park with great bathrooms and was not crowded at all. The only downside was the pools In True Blue weren’t open because of Covid. Not the fault of Tidelife but be sure to check with the property manager beforehand if that’s important to you. I highly recommend the restaurant Pawleys Island Grill and the ice cream shop both near the rental offices. Also, The Hammock Shoppes right next door!

Perfect family get together

We were sic adults in this three bedroom condo. Every thing was as described. Had a little trouble with the main tv but think it was caused by the storm. Called first thing in the morning and it was fixed with in the hour. Would absolutely recommend this rental.

Perfect!

Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean condo with a well-stocked kitchen--plenty of dishes, silverware, Keurig, etc. Very quiet unit with a large living room, dining area, comfortable beds and a screened-in porch with rocking chairs and a gorgeous swinging bench. We absolutely loved this condo and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
