Warwick 203 Oceanfront in Litchfield By The Sea with a great view of the beach, ocean, and the pool below. Warwick 203 features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Open floor plan in the living area, dining and kitchen. The living area has a wall of glass windows and a sliding glass door that opens to a large, private balcony with views of the beach, ocean and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats 8 comfortable. There is also a wet bar with an ice maker in the dining area. The master suite has a king bed and a wall of windows with sliding glass door that opens to the oceanfront balcony. The luxurious master bath has a walk-in shower, and two separate vanities, each one has a sink. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and private bath with walk-in shower with bars and a seat. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, and the bath has a tub/shower combination. The sleeper sofa is in the living area. This vacation retreat is equipped with cable TVs, DVD, wireless internet, wet bar, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, central AC/heat. Elevators service all floors and luggage carts are available for guests.

1 covered assigned parking and unassigned guest spots around the building.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Beach Gear Included - Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit per week. Enjoy having VayKLife deliver to your property beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, boogie boards, and more for stays from 5-21 nights.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

Great location

Location to beach, restaurants and everything needed was so convenient. Nice, wide deck overlooking pool and beach. Each bedroom with its own bath was arranged to provide privacy. Planning on being back next year.

Fun family vacation

There were 6 of us—grandmother (me), parents, and three young children. Great location with easy access to pool (including kiddie pool and hot tub) and the beach. Kitchen could use some updating—a good frying pan, sharper knives, and a stove with all working burners. But now that we know, we can easily bring our own pan and knives so it wouldn’t keep us from returning.

Wonderful Family Time

My family enjoyed our stay at 203 Warwick. Litchfield by the Sea is fantastic! The beach was beautiful. Location was excellent! We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony each morning as the sun came up. My grandchildren enjoyed fishing in the pond! One thing I appreciated about this unit was plenty of sitting space in the living area. Small table provided a perfect place to put puzzles together. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Loved that we had our own bedroom and bath.

Beautiful property right on the beach

This is a beautiful condo, on the 2nd floor, right on the beach. The balcony is breathtaking, you can watch the sunrise from there, see the beach, the ocean and the pool right underneath. The property is as advertised, large, open spaces, bathrooms for each bedroom, well-stocked kitchen, nicely decorated. I would suggest the following: 1. If possible to let people load the dishwasher before leaving, instead having to wash, dry and put back the dishes and cutlery before leaving, 2. It would be great for the sofa bed to be made by housekeeping when requested, instead of having the visitors do that. Thank you!
