The two-storey villa is located on a 500m2 plot. The ground floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area, a comfortable living room with a TV and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is also a terrace from which you can enjoy the views of the surrounding area. In front of the villa there is a 32 m2 private pool and a terrace with sun loungers where you can relax. Just a few steps away is the covered summer kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals for your family on the gas barbecue.
