Showed up for check in at 2am, No staff was at the front desk. Lobby door was locked and blinds closed waited 20 minutes ringing the phone with no response. After a 6 hour trip this is the last thing we needed. Very unsatisfied with this experience.

Due to traffic and weather we were arriving late. I called the hotel and the front desk and she assured me she would be there to help. As she instructed everything went smooth. The room was very large and very clean. Location was super easy to get to, definitely pet friendly.

The hotel was built as a top rated one, with big room, big refrigerator, big microwave, and great furniture. But the hoteL is operated as a lower level motel, with old blanket, old bath towel, even without shampoo and hair dryer. After 7 :00 am, the front desk is still closed, without coffee and breakfast

It was a bare bones hotel. I was really surprised at how basic. Maybe most of their guests stay long term. But for one night? No amenities. No shampoo no blow dryer and I had to ask housekeeping for hand soap. No hand towels, just bath towels and wash cloths. It was clean but I won’t stay again.

The room was clean, front desk clerk was very nice. Bed was a bit less than desirable. Received a call from the front desk around 11:00pm stating that I was given the wrong room. Ended up staying where I was, but wasn't really happy about being woke up with something that wasn't my problem.

Decent hotel for the price, they don't clean your room which was weird, no soap or shampoo in bathroom, and you have to ask for more towels....we stayed 3 nights, only supplied with 2 towels to start.
