The property features 5 comfortable bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, ensuring space and privacy for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, and each bedroom offers air conditioning and heating. Modern comforts include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, fan, and a dedicated workspace. Families will find a baby cot and high chair available. You can also enjoy a private barbecue and a ping pong table.
Outside, a private garden awaits with beautiful views of the Tuscan hills and the picturesque village of Montefoscoli. The private saltwater pool measures 20 x 10 meters and offers three depth levels from 40 cm to 1.8 meters; it is located 50 meters from the villa for maximum privacy. There is also an outdoor shower.
