Phaedrus Living: Luxury Villa Kathikas

Luxury Villa Kathikas is the ideal choice for a great get away from it all. Its location makes the villa an ideal base for any holiday whether you just want to laze in the sun, explore the area or sample the traditional village life. Kathikas is a traditional village located in Paphos area north west of Cyprus where life revolves around the bustling village square with its supermarket, taverns and its coffee shop. The village has 2 wineries available for wine tasting experiences.

Luxury Villa Kathikas is a large 5 bedroom Stone Villa with a private pool and surrounding gardens. As you enter the villa you will find a large open plan area with a dining area, living area and a large kitchen. The dining area consist or a dining table that seats 8 guests with large patio doors leading outdoor to the beautiful gardens and pool. The seating area has a comfy couch and a 43” smart tv for your indoor entertainment. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you may need to make your stay as homey as possible. Threed large bedrooms are also on the ground floor, one of which has an ensuite, there is also the main bathroom and the guests wc. A staircase leads you up to the 1st floor where the master bedroom is located with its own walk in robe and ensuite bathroom. Access to the terrace is from the master bedroom directly or through a separate door on the hallway of the 1st floor. The terrace consists of an outdoor dining table and beautiful views. The firth bedroom is accessed via a separate door from the driveway. This bedroom consists of a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The pool is surrounded by sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor seating area.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest. Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
