Nice Stay, but Room Cleanliness and NoiseCo

We had a pretty good stay overall! The staff was nice, and the location worked well for what we needed. That said, our room wasn’t quite as clean as we expected—there were some leftover fries and a water bottle from the previous guest, and a few random spots (like the closet bench and entertainment center) could’ve used a better wipe-down. There was also a weird, loud noise whenever someone in a nearby room used the water—it kind of sounded like a jackhammer. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely surprising! Still, we appreciated the stay and hope these things can be improved for next time.

Find somewhere else to stay

This was one of the worst places we have ever stayed in. The mattresses were so old they were flat. The coverlets on the bed were wither soiled or so stained they no longer come clean. The deadbolt did not lock all the way and the secondary lock was a chain. The toilet didn't flush unless you held it down which caused it to continue running. The A/C was so noisy it sounded like someone was brewing coffee all night. The knob inside the refrigerator was gone and it was set to high causing all of our water and beverages to freeze solid. Breaking the first day wasn't bad. The second day they ran out of breakfast sandwiches and had mainly cereal and tosast, no protein. The staff was really nice though I have no idea how they could in good conscience rent that room out.

There were snacks! Never have I stayed at any hotel (I've been to many all luxury rooms) to have some snacks provided. Goldfish Milano and fruit roll up. Amazing touch we fought over them haha.

Property suited our needs. It was clean and easily located. Room had fridge and microwave. Simple breakfast with basics. There is no elevator.. ..not a problem for us, but be aware. Pool and hot tub area nice to have but the hot tub was really dirty and needed some cleaning and refilling. Would stay again.

Quick road trip stop

We had a late night check in and the front desk person, Steve, was very welcoming and anticipating our arrival. Our complimentary breakfast was delicious, and overall, our stay was great.
