We recently had an extended stay at The Wyndham in Pendleton. I can honestly say, the owners and staff are amazing people. They made our stay here so much better. Not only were they very accommodating to my families needs, the treated us like family. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

It was a great price for a quick rest and then get back on the road. Beds were comfortable for two adults and two kids. It’s definitely a “no funny business, get in and get out” kinda hotel. It’s older and things were rusty in the bathroom but it was clean, the a/c was cold and the water was hot! I would stay again. Only issue was that I booked with Expedia but they charged my cc that I checked in with for the security deposit and said Expedia didn’t pay them however I think it was just a mix up with them trying to charge my credit card full price and not the booking company. They resolved my issue though.

I am disabled and needed room on bottom floor, was told no because we only needed 1 bed, had to carry our stuff up had to use stairs, will not stay again unless you change stuff!!!!Manager was rude, terrible person!!!

I would have given overall 3 starts if the customer service wasn’t so bad. I called ahead of time to see if there was a rollaway bed charge and was told no. The front desk young lady then proceeded to charge me for it. She left me and other guesting waiting 10 minutes to check in. I called the front desk three times during my stay with no answer. I confronted the young lady about it and said she was busy. Terrible hospitality. The room was OK but falling apart. The carpet was filthy. My little boys feet were brown. The art was pretty. There is AC.
