"Mirador de las Islas 5" is a terraced house of 90 m2 spread across 2 levels, designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The property features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a well-balanced and functional layout throughout both floors.

On the ground floor, the living and dining area provides a spacious and comfortable environment for relaxation and socializing, with direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to this space, a small yet fully equipped kitchen also opens onto the terrace, making it ideal for enjoying meals in the open air. A separate WC completes the ground floor arrangement.

The upper floor, accessible via an open staircase, houses both bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private exit to the balcony. The second bedroom is equally appointed with 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and includes an en-suite shower and WC, as well as a private exit to the terrace. An additional bath and WC are also available on this floor. The property is further enhanced by a large terrace equipped with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a marvellous panoramic view of both the sea and the mountains.
