**Effective March 1, 2026. Please note that the west side of the parking lot will be closed, resulting in limited parking availability in this area. This closure is necessary for safety. In addition, workers will be on-site performing pressure washing and other maintenance activities. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these improvements.
Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation: Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in. Guests must review and sign the single-page Rental Agreement at check-in. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties. Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
Check-in time: Typically Between 3:00 and 5:00pm. Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Holiday reservations are non-refundable: Blue Angels Week(7/12/26-7/19/26), 4th of July, Christmas, New Yearâs Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is non-refundable. Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.
Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking. All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on the day of arrival.
Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly.
See you at the Beach! House Rules Renters must be 25+years of age. No Pets No Smoking/Vaping (this includes balconies and patio) No Events or Parties
Any unauthorized pet on the property is in clear violation and there will be, without exception, a $200 charge.
A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.
This condo is exceptional! It was clean, roomy and felt like home. All the things that you need are provided. Everything from the check in to the check out was easy. The view is awesome! The beds are so comfortable. My only recommendation would be a blanket for the couch. I would highly recommend this condo. I will stay there again!
Everything was clean. The host was so helpful, polite, friendly. Parking was convenient. Loved the place!! Will definitely be booking future stays here for my family as well since I live in Pensacola, this is where my family stays as well as myself.
Everything with condo was excellent. Donna was great to deal with. Only downside was the elevator situation (only one works). Is supposed to be fixed my the end of March.
Beautiful condo, absolutely stunning views. I will definitely book this condo again!! One elevator was out of commission which caused a slight delay coming and going but we still had a great vacation.
Perfect location and the view was spectacular on the 12th floor balcony. Had a small issue with check-in, but host was very accommodating and worked everything out to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again.
Place was nicegetting in and out with codes not so nice did not work when we finally received themthink it might just be the community not owner or hostAll in all, had fun
A little trouble with the gate key. But it was handled by manager and she was very courteous to our needs. Had a great time. Thank you for the memories.
